Rose Cottage ofrece muchos lugares para respirar en las serenas vistas al mar de Bald Head Island. Desde las mecedoras en el porche delantero hasta la mesa y sillas del porche con mosquitero y las Adirondacks en el balcón superior, esta acogedora casa de campo High Dunes de cuatro dormitorios y cuatro ba��os es perfecta para aquellos que buscan relajación ... y ahora más cerca de la playa con el Recién añadido el punto de acceso South Beach justo al otro lado del camino

Rose Cottage cuenta con una hermosa y luminosa cocina con mucho espacio para encimeras, electrodomésticos de acero inoxidable y un fregadero doble. Su plano de planta abierto te permite mirar el amplio comedor, con una mesa para ocho personas c����modamente. Coma aquí o en el porche de la pantalla disfrutando de las vistas al mar.

Más allá de la zona de comedor se encuentra el espacio amplio y luminoso para sentarse, anclado por una chimenea de gas. Este es el lugar perfecto para conversar en familia o para ver pel��culas c����modamente. También hay dos dormitorios en este nivel. Uno está amueblado con una cama doble y ofrece acceso directo al porche y un baño privado. La segunda cuenta con una cama nido doble y es perfecta para niños pequeños o como habitación para bebés.

Dos dormitorios adicionales se encuentran en el piso superior, uno con una cama doble y el otro con dos camas dobles. Ambos tienen acceso directo al porche, así como baños en suite. Un dormitorio adicional, con su propio ba��o, se encuentra en el crofter privado.

Un montón de juegos, libros y diversión te esperan en Rose Cottage. Incluido en su alquiler hay acceso a internet y dos carritos de golf para cuatro pasajeros. (Las membresías de BHI Club y Shoals Club están disponibles por tarifas adicionales). Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Nice house! Beach view and a short walk to the beach. Room over the garage needs had a musty smell that they will take care of. Also the carts failed to charge when the circuit breaker popped a few times (they are addressing this). Otherwise great house!

Great floorplan, great location

Reviewer Comments: This was our second time at this house and we were very pleased we picked it again! Oven was broken but management brought in a replacement toaster oven as soon as we let them know. Owner needs to update their beach chairs and beach accessories...management again promptly brought us some good beach chairs. I think the house could be updated a bit but it was okay for a week. Golf carts run and get you where you need to go but they are not pretty to look at! It is hard to get them in the garage b/c it isn't a 2 golf cart garage. We had a great time. It was clean and the kitchen had good pans and dishes. Washer and dryer and dishwasher ran well. Wendy Wilmont is johnny-on-the-spot with what you need and made sure it was clean and we had what we needed. Thank you for everything! I hope we can come back again!

July 2022 Stay

Would not rent Rose Cottage again. Except for the view from the second story balcony, only disappointment in this home. It was dirty, un-equipped as a rental, and is in need of repair and a deep cleaning. The day we arrived we removed our shoes when entering. It was the last time our shoes came off in the house. The first evening showering our feet were so black it looked like mud in the shower. The furniture is stained and worn and the carpets were nasty. The rental had two bikes for our use - one was broken. The kitchen - I had to wipe down the inside of the fridge before stocking. This rental house didn’t even have salt and pepper - be prepared to bring or buy everything. We love BHI, and will be back, but will not be renting or recommending this house to anyone.

The Rose Cottage is very worn. Great location, but a lot of minor things that need attention. The cleanliness of the property, torn shower liner, no shower liner in the other bathroom. The door does lock, and bugs. It needs some TLC and is not worth the price it cost to rent it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Rose Cottage. The house had a great layout for our group. Beds were comfortable, the view was lovely, and WWP was responsive! My only real complaint was that the kitchen could be better equipped. The nonstick pots & pans were in terrible shape with flaking and loose handles. There were no grill tools and other utensils were not in good shape. It also would have been nice to have more dish towels.

the bedroom over the garage is very musty smelling, could not use it. the outdoor furniture needs to be cleaned and painted. the main house is very comfortable, very clean, and a very good location. two cars was very handy.

November 2021 Stay

Rose Cottage is a good location and good layout. That said, it definitely needs some attention. There were sand spurs (OUCH!) in all mats in the house & in most bedroom carpets. We literally removed all mats from the house because they were providing more pain than help. This meant that sand easily got in the house. The carpet in the master bedroom has many stains.

Our group of 4 couples really loved Rose Cottage! The house was just what we needed, we loved the layout of the rooms-& the access to the beach was so convenient! Great place and location

We did have and issue with the water heater overcooking and ruining the staircase due to a lightning strike before we arrived. This necessitated repeated visits by maintenance folks, although all were pleasant and courteous. The strike knocked out a few TVs as well and we were without for the first few days. Our only non-temporary complaint was there isn't a recreation area for the kids separate from the main living area in case of a rain out day. This was a first trip to BHI for us and we thought it spectacular and will definitely be coming back!
