Downstairs:
- Living area with Smart TV, sofa, and small antique dining table for two
- Kitchen with full size refrigerator, Keurig, dishwasher, microwave, and 4-burner electric stove

Upstairs:
- Bedroom with queen bed, Smart TV, ensuite bathroom with stand up shower, and laundry closet with washer/dryer

Guests have access to the entire condo unit

Guests must be able to climb a set of stairs as the bedroom is on the second floor

Please note that there is NO PARKING INCLUDED with this unit and guests will need to arrange for parking off-site if they have a vehicle

The unit is manage locally by Southern Charmed Hospitality Group so someone is always available should any issues or concerns arise during your stay.

The home is situated in Harleston Village, one of the most desired neighborhoods in Downtown Charleston. Located on a quiet side street, the home has privacy but is only blocks from all that the lower peninsula has to offer. The best shopping and restaurants of Lower King Street are just a few minutes walk from the home, or hop on a bike and see all of the most popular downtown sights such as the Battery, Rainbow Row, and Waterfront Park which are all less than a mile from your front door. Downtown Charleston living doesn`t get any better than this!

With a 99 Walk Score, the home is considered a walker`s paradise, located within a short distance of all major downtown attractions!

There is no parking included with this unit so guests will need to arrange for parking off-site if they have a vehicle.

ESSENTIALS FOR YOU STAY

The unit is provided with a starter pack of essentials for your extended stay including toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, bath products, etc. If these items are depleted during your trip, it will be the guests` responsibility to purchase additional supplies for themselves.

CANCELLATIONS

Guests will receive a 95% refund up to 30 days before check-in. After that, no reservations are given.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT

A $500 damage deposit will be pulled from the card used for booking prior to the departure date. This deposit will be fully refundable to the card within 5-10 business days after departure if there are no claims made for damages.

HOUSE MANUAL

The house manual with all of the details needed for your stay will be sent out at 9am THE MORNING OF YOUR ARRIVAL directly in the message thread of the account used for booking.

Please do not ask for it earlier, or ask for it to be sent elsewhere.

INCLEMENT WEATHER

Your safety and comfort are our priority. In the unlikely event of a MANDATORY EVACUATION ORDER FOR CHARLESTON COUNTY during your stay, rest assured that both the Owner/Host and the Property Management Company WILL REFUND 100% OF YOUR PAYMENTS for the dates of evacuation. Once refunded, neither party will have further liability regarding your Reservation.

Please note that ONLY MANDATORY EVACUATIONS WILL QUALIFY FOR REFUNDS. No other travel disruptions due to weather, whether in South Carolina or other states, are eligible. For protection, consider travel insurance, especially in high-risk months like hurricane season. Airbnb`s insurance or other options are recommended. We recommend looking into Airbnb`s insurance or other alternatives.
