I am very sorry to read such review: in particular because the guest didn't report to me these issues during his stay (in this case, the problems could have been solved very quickly). Furthermore, the cleaning team that have cleaned the unit immediately after the check-out have not found any ants in the house...

The house was perfectly cleaned, as usual (my team takes several pictures at the end of each cleaning procedure): in fact, the guest was not able to explain what was not cleaned. However, to satisfy the guest, another deep clean was performed within few hours. Regarding the nets and ants, each month a professional team apply special products to keep insects away: but we are in Florida, surrounded by the nature...so, it may happen to see some ants.

Hello Kim, thank you for your review: I am happy to know that everything was clean and you enjoyed your stay and the extra provided. Regarding the style of the house, it is not 1980s: the townhome was built in the 2009 and recently renewed. Maybe it is not your style, but the pictures on the website show exactly the condition of the house. Also the 1492 square feet are exactly indicated on the same page. Furthermore, I can assure that the table in the dining room is spacious enough for at least 6-8 people (my family is of 6 people). Lastly, each consideration have to be put in relationship with the price paid: at the same price paid for each day, maybe you can obtain a single room in a decent hotel on the I4. Warm regards.

The door code is provided several days in advance, along with a lot of other information regarding, the house, the resort and the surrounding area. No issue with the door code was reported to me nor to my on-site team. Furthermore, the house was perfectly cleaned, as usual (my team takes several pictures at the end of each cleaning procedure): in fact, I have written to the guest the second day of the stay (as usual) to ask if there was any issue and I have received no answer. Finally, regarding the stained sheets and pillows, the pictures taken by my on-site team are very clear. I am very sorry to read such unfair review.
