Behind the Brewery
This modern, stylish apartment is perfect for group trips, couples weekends, hunting parties, family reunions, remote work, or any other reason to take a trip. Located directly behind Hot Air Brewing, this 3 bed/3 bath apartment is the perfect place to relax after enjoying a few craft beers.
The space
The main feature of the apartment is the ground floor living area and kitchen. With 16 ft ceilings in the living room and the large island in the kitchen, there is room for guests to spread out and still interact with each other. A full bathroom with a tub/shower and bedroom with a queen memory foam mattress are on the main floor as well as an office with a desk. The upper story primary bedroom has a king-sized bed with memory foam mattress, a walk-in closet and an attached bathroom with a stand-up shower and jetted corner tub. Laundry is located on the upper story as well as a large bedroom with a full and twin bed and another full bath with a tub/shower. Finally, there is lofted living space on the upper story with a giant comfy couch, tv, and keyboard piano. Plus a table for crafts/puzzles.
Guest access
There is access to the apartment from the brewery and basement in case of emergencies, but the only exterior door to the apartment is off the alley behind the building.
Other things to note
Please note that our first guests may see a few incomplete finishes as we were 99% done with the apartment renovation before the pandemic changed things. Then the focus shifted to the brewery and we'll be coming back to finish those last bits of trim and tile.
