Located on at the end of a quiet lane, Golden's Paradice is 0.5 miles to Grandview Beach and walking distance to South Ponto Beach local shopping and restaurants that line the PCH. After a great day at the beach, visiting Legoland, or enjoying downtown Encinitas, come home and enjoy everything that Golden's Paradice has to offer.

A large, private manicured yard that is fully fenced is a haven for both kids, adults and dogs alike, complete with a Grill and outside dining table, playing corn hole and ping pong, or kids enjoying the Tree House the indoor-outdoor lifestyle is coastal living at its best.

Inside the home, a bright floor plan provides unlimited opportunities for you and your guests to find your own private corner to unwind, yet blend seamlessly with spaces to gather and stay connected.

The main level features a large kitchen area with a dining table to comfortably accommodate 8 people, a large living area which has a fire place, large TV and large sectional sofa, perfect for unwinding and watching a movie and one guest bedroom.

The 2nd level features the Primary Bedroom and two Guest Rooms.

This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 4 private bedrooms.

Bedrooms #1 (main level) includes a queen size bed and large flat screen TV that has internet capabilities.

Bedroom #2 includes a queen size bed and a large flat screen TV that has internet capabilities.

Bedroom #3 includes a daybed with trundle, perfect for kids.

Primary Bedroom includes a king size bed, large TV with internet capabilities, an Oasis style ensuite with an extra large walk-in shower with double shower heads, a bath tub, closed off toilet room and double vanity sinks.

The home includes a full bathroom with a single vanity and tub/shower combo and a half bathroom on the main level for the guest rooms.

This home worked so well for our family. We were very comfortable, and both indoor and outdoor spaces provided for easy gathering and room for the kids to play. The neighborhood is quiet, friendly and within close walking or running distance to the beach. Steven was a gracious and friendly host. We hope to return!

We absolutely loved staying here- such a great location! There was plenty of room for us and we loved sitting out in the garden watching the butterflies and hummingbirds. Would definitely stay here again!

House was spacious and had well supplied kitchen, bedding, and towels. Kids enjoyed the ping pong and multiple tvs for playing video games at night. Adults loved lovely yard with lots of butterflies and hummingbirds for reading and chatting. Great bathroom in main bedroom! Would stay again.

Independence Day vacation weekend

Took the family for a long weekend trip to this Leucadia beach house and we loved it. The house is perfect with nice family spaces but spacious enough to not feel crowded at all. The garden was the biggest surprise of the visit though. Private and spacious, it was a fantastic space to relax and have fun. The location was excellent - nearby excellent coffee shops, incredible beaches and surfing, and a stones-throw from San Diego in one direction and Legoland practically around the corner.

Everything you could ever want/need!!

We had such an amazing time during our stay. The home was so spacious and had everything we could ever want/need! It was a great location .. easy to get around and yet tucked away so very quiet. Thank you so much Steve for checking in to see if we ever needed anything. Would love to stay there again!!

Butterfly house

Beautifully landscaped garden, with lots if butterflies and hummingbirds. Quiet neighborhood. House is also beautiful, well equipped and comfortable. So close to beaches and local eateries with fresh food. Great communication by host. They even had a welcome smores basket for us. Highly recommend!

Perfect Beach House!

We had a family beach weekend planned for three generations and this home was the perfect spot!! Close proximity to beaches, shops, and restaurants, this house had everything we needed! A lovely yard with a playhouse for our grandchildren, a secluded fire pit, a beautiful patio and games galore! This is the perfect weekend retreat and the property management could not have been better to work with- they went above and beyond to assure we had all we needed. We will definitely be back!

Great house

We stayed at here for a few days in July, two families with children ages 5-10 along with our dog. The house was great and fit all 8 of us comfortably. The highlight for us was the beautiful yard, lawn area, and landscaping. We ate all of our dinners outside enjoying the warm evenings and garden/patio area. Our family also enjoyed using the croquet set and played many games out on the lawn, and we used the available bikes in the garage to explore around Leucadia. The only reason we put 4/5 stars on location is that you need to cross the train tracks to walk to Grandview beach. This seems safe enough for adults, but with kids we needed to drive to this beach. Overall a fantastic house, yard, and neighborhood.

Nice Family Stay

Our overall stay was pleasant and the property is close to the beach and town. A very large primary room and shower. Beds were comfortable but linens (sheets and towels) could be improved and had some stains. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and eating in. Some basic essentials like coffee pods and salt and pepper shakers were not provided. There was no working safety gate for the stairway for our year old grandson.A high chair was provided. The backyard area was nice for relaxing and had a fire pit. Our sons enjoyed the ping pong table as well. Thanks for the use of your home for an enjoyable stay.

Great vacay house w/ lots of amenities

This house is in a great location, even a bit tucked away from the street, which was a bonus for us bc we were traveling with our little kids. The yard is lush and pristine. We loved sitting on the back patio or front porch counting butterflies. Master suite (looks newly renovated) is huge with a very large walk-in shower and we were able to squeeze a pack n play in the closet for our youngest, which was super convenient. Sunken living room was a great size and furnished well for hanging out and watching the Summer Olympics. We’ve stayed at a lot of rentals over the years and this one is filled with amenities in every room - even the garage. We didn’t get to use the bicycles but did enjoy the beach chairs and towels provided, which were very nice and like new. My husband and older son played ping pong in the garage a number of times and they now want to put a ping pong table in our garage at home. Lots of linens, shampoo, conditioner, and soap in all the showers/bathrooms, laundry detergent, ziploc bags, and very well appointed fridge and pantry for a rental. Communication with the host was prompt, friendly, and concise. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this house again next time we plan on staying in the area.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! The house was cozy and inviting and the garden peaceful. The house is a close walk to the beach and to enjoy good coffee and food. Truly a gem! Can’t wait to stay here again.
