Fun place for a group!

Lots of room here with a pool, indoor and outdoor seating, and activities like ping pong and bags. Just a short drive from the palm beach area!

Pics not accurate

Before our stay, the reps were very helpful and gave good afternoon information.Our daughter was not greeted by any Reps at the airport nor did any show up at the house as told. They apologized and said it wasn’t their policy to not greet somewhere.I really think the pics do not show an accurate picture of this property. It needs an update in furniture and paint. The beds were mostly comfortable. The dishwasher needs replacing as the pump wasn’t working and flooded the kitchen three times. The repairman thought it was fixed two times and left before dishwasher was done with the wash cycle. We are hoping we get a credit for that.The washer had a problem too but was fixed.The response to this was prompt. It was nice to have replacement of bath, hand and beach towels, Also refill of dish soap, lotion, TP, and PT were appreciated. Body wash had to be requested 2 times. The ping pong table needs net work to be able to play.The kitchen has plenty of utensils and cookware. No kitchen towels though.The Reps were courteous and tried to help.This place is located close to the high-rise hotels and beaches for those not booked at these resorts are small. You must travel a bit to get to beaches that are friendly.

Family Christmas in Aruba

I received several emails from Bocobay rentals stating that a representative would meet us at the airport.Our flight was on time so we thought someone would be there but they weren't and we wasted an hour looking for your representative.We managed to find the property on our own which was fine but I wish you hadn't told us someone would be there.The location of the property was good. Close to the water and on a dead end street. The only drawback was that the next door neighbour had a rooster which woke us at 5:00 am every morning and a dog that barked almost non stop.We were a family of 14, 7 adults and 7 children.The house suited our purposes and was as we expected.We liked that the property was completely fenced in.The pool was not big but big enough for the kids to enjoy.The beds were very comfortable.The appliances in the kitchen definitely needed replaced.We had to contact the property manager pretty much daily to bring necessities such as toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher soap.They were quick to reply and brought us what we needed quickly but it would have been nice to have the property better stocked.We didn't have enough towels to start with even though we stated how many people were in our party.That situation was quickly corrected, however.There was lots of parking for our three rental cars.We appreciated the beach chairs, life jackets, outdoor games, ping pong table, Overall it was a great experience and we would rent from your company again.
