Come stay in this newly constructed (2024) very spacious & bright, large 2 bedroom + 2 bathroom guest home. Located in A+ area, Beverlywood adjacent / Pico Robertson, this house can sleep up to 6 guests comfortably & includes amenities such as free Wi-Fi, Roku TV, Game Console, AC / Heat and parking. We are only 5 minutes to Rodeo Dr. & very central to all sightseeing Los Angeles has to offer. (We are within 5-30 minutes to almost everything.) Walk to places of worship, markets and restaurants.

The hosts responded to our queries right away, and were very welcoming. The unit is very functional, and we enjoyed our time there. We would suggest that the hosts consider installing dimming switches on the lighting, as it is very bright and rather clinical.

This property is nicely located in a safe neighborhood. It was easy to get around. There is a small grocery store and a pharmacy walking distance.The house was very clean and everything is new inside. There is a court yard where kids can safely play. It sleeps comfortably 4, then you have to use the couches. It's a bit hard to set the bedding on those, but our daughter didn't complain. There was no hot water when we arrived late on our first day but it got fixed the day after. Also note that there was no dishwasher detergent or dish soap provided, we had to buy those, and we left them there for the next guests.

This was a very clean updated home. The beds were very comfortable and the host was very good at communicating and addressing our questions. I have to note that the shower pressure in the showers was outstanding and there was plenty of hot water. I would stay at this property again!

Here is the good, bad and the ugly. I booked this last minute the night before my flight due to unforeseen circumstances. Therefore I did not get to review amenities and pack accordingly. The place is gorgeous and spacious. Just as pictured. The actual place is pristine and in great condition. There are a ton of reusable plates and kitchenware. The neighborhood is amazing and I felt safe. We got in late after taking bus after bus from the airport. Not having a single starter bottle of water was rough and would have made a huge difference. It wasn’t worth taking a bus anywhere and it was too late ubering for a bottle of water so we went without all day. Amenities you need to bring : extra toilet paper, laundry detergent (again one starter would have been so amazing but we were skimping on wash cloths knowing we had none), a bar of soap if you need one (they have liquid body wash), an eye mask as there are blinds but no curtains and the light will be in early, and water. None of these are knocks on the place as again had I rented a car or packed accordingly the stay would have been perfect, but spending time out of our 3 days to get these items via bus just wasn’t worth it for us. If you come prepared the stay is amazing. Last note, our feet were black here. We did bring slippers and start using those and then bottoms were black. They had some pills on the floor when we arrived as well, so I’m thinking the floor could use a cleaning. Overall the place was clean though.

Mixed reviews on this property. Start with the good: Overall the place was pretty clean, yet there was hair in the shower drain, counters were not exactly clean and dishes had to be cleaned before using them. Location was not bad - although hesitant with the "house in the back lot", they accommodated a parking spot in the drive way to park instead of having to park on the street. For the negative: We showed up at 9 pm at night and the place was not stocked with Toilet Paper, Garbage Bags or Paper Towels. Messaged the contact person and the brought the items at 11 pm that night. Picked this place for the two bedroom benefit with family of 4 but the extra room had a leaking A/C and while sleep the first night my daughter was woken by loud noises from A/C and being sprayed which made the bed very wet. She ended up having to sleep on the folded beds in the living room and the room was unusable because it did not have air flow or cooling at night. We messaged the host that night but did not hear from until two days later. The day after, the co-host did come by but said they could not fix the issue until the day we were leaving which did not help. Overall - gave a 3 out of 5 because of the poor communication and the fact that we paid for a 2 bedroom place but was only able to use 1 bedroom of it.

there was a bit of a glitch when we first arrived, however, it was mostly rectified and the VRBO manager was very quick to respond whenever contacted. Location is so good, central to everything in LA.the lady in the front house is a sweetheart, which was an added bonus.

The property is located in a safe, family orientated neighborhood and very close to Beverly Hills. The inside is very cute and comfortable and the beds extremely comfy. Definitely lots of kosher foods-yummy!

Amazing place, clean and has a great location. Close to Beverly Hills and other attractions. Very safe and peaceful. The host is lovely and sweet and we enjoyed our time staying there.

Nice and cozy

Check in was really smooth as indicated in the directions provided by the host. Parked on street but was also able to park in the driveway when another car was not there. Nice chill spot to relax. Chill neighborhood with different lil spots that are walking distance.

Great location, new and easy. Great water pressure in the showers and comfortable beds

They were great at accommodating us early, there was a little miscommunication at first arrival but they responded great. They place is new, clean and worked great for what we needed. The only thing I wish they had was wine glasses. Everything else worked great. The location is exactly what we needed and the space for living area worked great for our needs. The owner in the house in front was a doll! So sweet and Miguel hustled to accomadate our early arrival. Would rent this unit again

2025 spring break in LA

We stayed at this property for visiting our older son at UCLA during our younger son’s spring break. It’s located in a safe and quiet neighborhood and is close to beaches and major landmarks. The property manager was very responsive. Highly recommend!

Great place in quiet neighborhood!

Really lovely little home! We stayed 2 weeks and lived quite comfortably and enjoyed the nice kitchen for cooking and eating in. The location is amazing!

Absolutely lovely!!

Absolutely perfect for what we needed. Lovely neighbourhood. Easy to walk to some great restaurants. Quiet property tucked behind a home. The shower was a perfect powerful shower, very hot and was the best in any rental we’ve previously rented. The kitchen was equipped with what we need to cook a couple of meals. Driving to what we needed or wanted to visit was fabulous. We drove to the rodeo drive area, visited Mr Beast museum, Taschen book store, Erewhon for fresh pressed juices. Factor famous deli is a must try for any easy meal and some baked goods to go should be top of the list. Took my grandson to a show at the Wallis and to play at a park nearby. The lady in the front house was delightful and very friendly. Off road parking on the driveway and we worked out that perfectly. Loved the courtyard area that the rental is situated on. Pretty oranges trees too.Check in was so easy, very good directions and all rest communications with the property owner/ manager. Absolutely no hesitation in recommending this property and would definitely stay again. We loved it!!

False listing

The rental does not exist. The address given to me was for an abandoned restaurant. I contacted the property manager, who said that the address had changed and was a block away from the original address. When I looked up the new address on Google Maps, it led to a daycare. It was a horrible experience. I arrived late to LA that night, around 10 p.m. I was outside waiting to figure out what to do and without a place to stay.

Great spot near Beverly Hills

Our family of five stayed here while exploring LA. it was conveniently located just a few blocks from Beverly Hills and allowed us to explore Hollywood, Santa Monica and Venice and spend a day at Universal Studios. The ADU has a spacious kitchen and the rooms and bathrooms were clean. Only thing to note is that the futons are on the smaller size so a little cramped for our 6 foot tall teenage son. But would come back again.

LA Christmas Vacation

This rental is a clean and modernized guesthouse in the backyard of a very nice home located in a friendly neighborhood. It has two adult bedrooms and two futons suitable for smaller adults or children. It had wonderful shower pressure in both full baths and a spacious kitchen.

Great Location!

The property was in an excellent location with easy access to local restaurants and bars. The neighborhood is quiet with proximity to major streets. We especially enjoyed the spacious kitchen, bright environment, and great water pressure. Would definitely return!
