Upgraded 2 bedroom 2 bath that is conveniently located in the building. Sugar Beach 254 has had a total makeover to insure the comfort for the guest staying. Sugar Beach has 3 pool. kiddie pool, tennis court, BBQ area and seasonal snack bar.

This condo was amazing! Super nice and clean. The bed was comfy!! The shower was amazing! We already booked it for next year! Highly recommend this place!

Very cute condo and great set up was good for the most part but Dirty dishes in dishwasher upon arrival & mold in the washer, not ideal!

Nice place to stay

To be an older complex it was nice, could definitely use some maintenance and the elevator fixed. Someone needs to check that the cleaning staff is actually cleaning because ours was not swept or vacuumed, found food and a pill on the floor. The washer and dryer are in need of being replaced, the dryer door needs to be changed to the other side. Overall the stay was great and the atmosphere was great! Would definitely stay again.

Anniversary Trip

Place was clean and had plenty of room for at lease four people. Only thing that I would change is the curtains in bedroom. They are to thin and allow the sun to come through. Pools were very nice. We would stay here again.

Misinterpretation

This property in no way resembles the pictures in the advertisement, gross misinterpretation of all of it. There was mold in the bathrooms and peeling paint throughout the whole building including the rental. There also was no table and chairs to sit at for a meal let alone accommodate 6 people for sleeping as was advertised. The linens were stained as well. The elevator was broken for the majority of our stay as well. Construction noise was horrible and we weren't given notice that construction would start at 6:30 am every day of our 25 day stay. Curtains were the quality of very cheap sheets and were filthy. We had to hang a blanket to keep the light out in the bedroom. Speaking of the king bed it was soft and very lumpy. Black mold throughout the shower was in the master bathroom with only a curtain for a door. We had to deal with burping toilets which brought raw sewage back up into the bathroom. Also ceiling leaking into the master bathroom right over the toilet from issues with plumbing.I would definitely never stay there again nor recommend it to anyone Way overpriced , we have stayed in many places and this place was one of the worse I have seen for the

Great location

Property was ok. Our microwave wasn't connected, neither was the water line for the fridge/freezer. It slowly but surely made ice...but we had to by bottled water. Beds were very comfy...if you need fluffy pillow...bring your own. Overall not a bad place to stay.

Sugar beach 254

I was pleased with the condo (254) itself. Clean, nice, comfy. Close to everything and right on the beach!! The only complaint is with the property. It was so hard to get to our room. Elevator north was not working and the south elevator was so far from the room. It’s hard to get around, but everything else was fantastic! Will stay again!

Home Sweet Home!

Listing was 100% accurate. The cleanliness of the unit was 10/10! The mattress in the bedroom with the bathroom slept like a dream! I cannot say enough about the shower either! This place had all the comforts of home, and I would definitely stay again! I want to give the owners a "Hail State!" shoutout! Once I spotted the Oby's cups in the kitchen and the framed bulldog picture in the living area, I knew the trip would be amazing!
