The space
This is a fully remolded home from top to bottom. You will enjoy staying here. Not just because it is cozy, but because it is also functional. Your living essentials were carefully considered in detail to bring this as close as possible to staying at your own home while you’re away. We strive to improve on every stay and so we stay available through multiple channels of communication and feedback. We hope you’ll enjoy your stay here and also save us as your preferred host for future bookings.

We want your stay to be comfortable while respecting our neighbors and maintaining our space for future guests.

Please read and obey the house rules. Failure to comply could result in additional charges.

Basement and hallway closets are off limits.

Please contact your host or co-host via platform upon arrival and check-out.

🏠 House Rules
1. No smoking or vaping, candles or incense is permitted inside the house. Indoor smoking will attract a fee of the full cost for removing the smell left behind (ranging between $600 and $2000) and then will be reported to VRBO for further action.
2. Please leave outdoor shoes at the large entry doormat and use indoor shoes or house slippers within the house to minimize the transfer of viral, bacterial and fungal infections.
3. No pets, no exception under any circumstances. Reservation will be canceled immediately, additional charges will apply.
4. We have a ZERO tolerance for drugs or illegal activities of any kind. Reservation will be canceled immediately with law enforcement notification simultaneously.
5. SORRY, NO PARTIES, this is a quiet neighborhood. Reservation will be canceled immediately with law enforcement notification.
6. Please do not be loud in general, but in particular, please move all possible disturbances indoors between 9 PM and 7 AM. ANY disturbance triggering a visit by police will require guests to forfeit the remainder of their stay and immediately vacate the property without a refund.
7. Dispose of your leftover meals appropriately, in the garbage cans, and wash food from any used kitchenware place on the dishrack. Empty all garbage into larger bins outside back door next to the garage on the left. Fresh garbage bags can be found under kitchen sink. FIRE EXTINGUISHER is also under kitchen sink. Place used, cleaned dishes, cleaned, on the dishrack.
7.5-no garbage disposal on board, this means no large food particles in the sink drain please, wrap large food items in paper towels and throw in kitchen garbage instead :)
8. If there is a larger mess, use paper towels, cleaning spray and garbage cans provided, under the kitchen sink. DO NOT use linens or towels. Inappropriate use of towels are considered a complete loss of that item, this will be reported to Airbnb, a costly fee will be assessed.
9. Thank you for NOT flushing paper towels or sanitary napkins.
10. Used bath linens are to be placed in the laundry basket, located outside the bathroom door.
11. If you decide to sleep on the couch, for hygienic reasons, the fold out mattress is protected with coverings. Lines are in front entryway closet, top shelf.
12. Every item in the house is accurately accounted for. Please let us know if anything breaks so that we may resolve, timely, for the next guest. Missing items are reported to VRBO and alternative arrangements can be made.
13. We charge an additional guest fee of $20 a person per night after 4 guests. This fee is calculated on the booking app and shows as an additional guest fee on the breakdown. No additional guests can stay the night at the property other than those listed on the reservation.
Please make sure your guest count is accurate. A $200 fee will be assessed on EACH unauthorized guest.

15. We do not offer late checkouts at this time.


⚠️ Safety and Security

The house is also equipped with smoke/Carbon-monoxide alarm and a fire extinguisher located under the kitchen sink. The back door can be used as an emergency exit, secured with surveillance. First aid kit in the bathroom.

🔑 Check out ✔️

1. Check out time is 11:00 am, sharp, NO EXCEPTIONS. Once you leave the door will be locked behind you, your code will be de-activated and we'll be on our way to clean. You should walk through and make sure you have all of your things.
2. Take out all YOUR trash and place in the respective larger blue bin outside the back door next to garage, to the left.
3. Place ALL USED kitchenware, washed of all food particles, in the drying rack. We will sanitize and put them away after you leave.
4. Place ALL USED bath linens in hamper/basket in the kitchen, under the light switch. Remove bed linens and lay on bed in their respective rooms.
(Missing towels, wash cloths, linens or bedding will each accrue a minimum $25 charge) We will launder and sanitize after you leave.
5. Confirm that water in the bathroom and kitchen have all been turned off.
6. Turn off lights, stove, Keurig, and TV.
7. Place TV remote on the entertainment center. (A missing remote will attract a $50 charge)
