Easy check-in. The house was clean, well furnished, and plenty of room for our family of 5. The yard was a real bonus for our 2 puppies to enjoy. Having a separate office allowed my teenagers separate spaces.

Well-Stocked Home in a Convenient Location

Home is in a convenient location to get to the highway to access Harrisburg/Hershey/shopping. We had a rainy week, but fortunately had plenty of room for our family of four to spread out, to use the kitchen to prep and cook a few meals, and the room layout and appliances/utensils made it very easy to make it feel like home away from home when the weather didn't cooperate.Owner was very easy to communicate with, clear home instructions and items provided made it a smooth week.

Great little house

We really enjoyed staying at this house because the location was perfect for us. The house was well equipped and very clean. The host was very nice and accommodating. Will book again in the future.

Family Get-Together

Overall, the house was well cared for, clean, tidy and had what we needed for our 3-night stay! We were visiting our daughter at Messiah University, and it was a quick 15 minute drive to campus. It's a great house with all the necessities you would need. If I had to say any complaints, it would just be that the mattresses/pillows weren't overly comfortable but other than that- great place!!

Happy with our stay

We were happy with our stay here in August, 2024. We were visiting Hershey and Gettysburg, and chose to stay between them. Staying here cost us less than the hotels we were looking at, and gave our family of four (including two teens) room to spread out. At night when we got back to the house, my daughter and I would watch some tv in the living room, my son would hang in his room and play his guitar. My husband’s favorite feature of the house was the office off the kitchen. He was finishing the last week of his summer grad class and appreciated having the quiet work space to use in the mornings. He loved the desk/monitor set up. The mattresses are on the firmer side, if that’s something you’re considering. Communication before, during and after our stay was smooth - the owner is very responsive. We would stay here again.

Cute Hideaway, Convenient to Everything

For my few days back in an area that was my home many years ago I had plans with a bunch of people across a bunch of locations and this was the best possible base for all of it. Will definitely seek this one out again should life bring me back this way.

Nice weekend away

We had a delightful weekend getaway at this rental with our family, including our furry companion. The location was perfect for our planned trip to Hershey park, and the property itself had a cozy charm that made us feel at home. The highlight was the spacious layout and comfortable amenities that accommodated our needs well. Our dog loved the outdoor space. However, there were a couple of minor issues that detracted from an otherwise wonderful stay. The front door lock was a bit finicky, which sometimes made it a challenge to enter the property smoothly. Additionally, while overall cleanliness was good, we noticed that the bathroom shower could have been a bit more thoroughly cleaned. Despite these small issues, we appreciated the effort put into making the rental welcoming and comfortable. Overall, we enjoyed our time at this VRBO rental and would consider returning in the future, especially for its great location and pet-friendly environment.
