There's room for everyone around the dining tables, and the two kitchen islands have plenty of seating for hungry beachgoers. Cook up mealtime masterpieces in one of the two well-equipped, full kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, an extra ice maker, dishwasher, and sparkling quartz countertops, or if you prefer, grill up the catch of the day out on one of the four decks as the evening winds down.

After exciting beach days, return home and gather together in the living area, where you can stream all your favorite TV channels using your own accounts. Feelin' TipSea also includes a shimmering private heated pool that's sure to please everyone in your group and a private elevator! Watch the sun dip below the waves at the end of each day and share magical moments with loved ones, creating memories that will warm your heart for years.

Four of the comfortable bedrooms offer private access out to the decks. Younger guests will also enjoy the four kid-friendly bunkrooms!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
