Villa junto al mar con piscina privada y vistas fabulosas al mar Egeo

La casa está situada justo en frente al mar a pocos metros por encima del nivel del mar y tiene acceso a la playa. Justo en frente de la casa hay la gran piscina de agua salada, 20x10m y 4 metros en su más profunda. La zona de la piscina está equipado con todas las instalaciones necesarias, como sombrillas, muebles, ducha, vestuario, etc.

Es una casa de campo de 2 niveles de 120 m² de superficie, que fue construido en el siglo 20 y completamente restaurado a la condición actual. Se ha construido en piedra y madera, que hace que sea pittoresque. Es en un lugar aislado perfecto para relajarse.

En la casa hay 3 dormitorios. La primera y la segunda habitación tiene una cama doble cada uno. El tercer dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales. Incluso hay un sofá cama en la sala de estar. Hay dos baños, uno en la planta superior con bañera y el otro en la planta baja con ducha. La planta baja tiene una sala de estar y una cocina totalmente equipada (horno, frigorífico, microondas, lavadora), que lleva fuera de la zona de comedor.

En el nivel superior hay un balcón aislado con vistas al mar abierto. En el otro lado hay un patio de la casa con una barbacoa al aire libre. También hay una gran pérgola privada al aire libre en la casa en la parte delantera con vistas al mar ilimitado y es ideal para cenar.

La casa está equipada con TV vía satélite, muebles básicos, ropa de cama, toallas, etc listo para usar.
Hay incluso una pista de tenis en el jardín.

Se tarda menos de 15 minutos a pie hasta el templo antiguo de Poseidón, en Sounio.
La casa está a unos 40 minutos del centro de Atenas, en coche ya unos 20 minutos del aeropuerto de Atenas.

As others have said, the photos really don't do it justice, the property is truly gorgeous. If the enormous swimming pool (complete with diving board, umbrellas, beach chairs, changing rooms, outdoor showers, outdoor bathrooms, etc) wasn't enough, you also have direct access to the Aegean sea. Plenty of things in easy driving distance, but it will be hard to find a good enough reason to leave the place.

We had an amazing time at the villa! The pool really is as big as it look in the photos, and is completely private. The outside space is exceptional and we saw turtles swimming from the terrace. The rest of the villa is as shown and described, and is cool with aircon in the bedrooms. The host and caretaker were extremely responsive and accommodating but not intrusive - the perfect mix. Less than an hour from Athens and we drove in one day to visit the Acropolis; also the waterpark (Aquapolis). Lots of restaurants nearby. Would highly recommend!

I read reviews saying that the photos don't do the property justice and they were correct. The property is stunning - the views are amazing, the pool is huge (I reckon it's 20x10m), there's a private basketball/tennis court, the outdoor facilities are superb.Internally it's fairly basic, but has all you need (includes aircon in each bedroom and a fan downstairs), but you're not renting this for the internals as outside is just amazing.Alex the owner is very approachable and his team are great (they don't speak English but why should they, and google translate worked fine with them). The pool was spotless and maintained most days, and they replaced a minor breakage within a couple of hours.The sea is very easy to get to via steps and is lovely and clear with plenty of fish to keep snorklers occupied.Supermarkets are only 10-12 mins drive away and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The Temple of Poseidon is stunning at sunset.I reckon we'll be back one day.

Perfect Family Holiday

This is a superb place to have a family holiday. Everything is thoughtfully planned. Really can’t beat the location, very close to the Temple and Lavrio.

Perfect Relaxing and Culture

We very enjoyed the stay and could perfectly relax at the beautiful pool. Also the proximity to culture places in walking distance was a big plus. In addition, it was very convenient to go to Athens for sightseeing

Gorgeous Views!

The house was very clean and the views were stunning! We liked the quiet and non crowded location. The kids enjoyed the deep salt water pool and diving board … we were very happy the bedrooms had good AC -as it was very hot during our stay. The house is very charming. Was a really great memorable stay.

Absolutely loved my stay at the Villa. Pictures are 100% accurate. Wasnt even aware of the private tennis court and basketball goal. Rackets and balls available. Plan on coming back with my family! Quiet area and plenty of restaurants nearby

Our family of five enjoyed a perfect ten days here.The air-conditioning worked well in all three bedrooms. There is a main king-size bedroom, double bedroom and room with two single beds. Plenty of clothes storage in all rooms. Downstairs remained quite cool during the day as the building is made of stone helped by a large fan.The kitchen is very well equipped with all the essentials including large fridge-freezer, dishwasher and a small washing machine. The outside dining area is shaded throughout the day.The pool is very large (20m long) with a diving board, changing rooms, and toilets. We took pickleball bats/balls which worked great on the tennis court for our teenagers. There is also a basketball hoop. The view and sea-breeze make a day by the pool such a pleasure. There is a large coal BBQ which we utilised with success.Through a side gate, there are steps down to the sea-front which has a shared area with metal steps into the sea and lots of shaded spaces. Sea swimming/snorkelling is a must.45-minutes drive from Athens airport and about 1h 15min drive into central Athens which we did for a day trip and parked close to the Acropolis for just 7 using PARKING FIX - ΠΛΥΝΤΗΡΙΟThe local MyMarket supermarket met all our needs and there are many excellent local restaurants and within the local port about 10 minutes drive away. The owners and caretakers were very communicative and helpful.

Beautiful Views, private acces to small beach.

The villa was in a lovely location, with beautiful views across the sea, and the pool was the best pool we've ever had at a villa, maintained daily by the caretaker. There was also on site access to a small beach area where we snorkeled. The hosts are friendly and attentive. We stayed for 7 days and really had a lovely reset. Thank you !

Amazing villa

We had a fantastic 5 days here. The view is incredible, and the outside space is really amazing. The pool is huge and lovely. Everything was clean and comfortable. There are several restaurants nearby and the supermarket is about a 10 minute drive. Very nice welcome basket of goodies. We would definitely recommend this property.

Beyond amazing!!!

I could have cried real tears when we had to leave. It was my favorite place we stayed in Greece. I would often stay awake at night looking out the window at the moon glistening over the water. Truly breathtaking! Everything was perfect at the house and we felt well taken care of.

Perfect Location

The location is on the ocean with a large pool and wonderful house. The view is spectacular. The trip time to the airport was about 40 minutes, making it a great spot for the initial or final days of vacation. The owner communicates quickly, and the on-site caretaker is always there to help. There is a security gate. We'll be back.

Fantastic Holiday

Wonderful villa with the great views & pool. A few minutes walk from a good taverna, not cheap but great quality. A short drive or 30 minutes walk to the Poseidon Temple. 10 minutes drive to the town of Laurium, with good supermarkets and a large selection of restaurants. Almost one and a half hour drive into the centre of Athens with busy traffic. One long day was enough for us to see the main sights, so we then stayed local. Great holiday thanks to the wonderful villa and attention from the caretakers.

Paradise!

The home looks exactly as you see in the photos. Excellent location and view. 10 minute drive to Lavrio for nice restaurants and shops. Prices at food stores and restaurants are very reasonable in this area of Greece. The owners were lovely and very easy to communicate with. The mattresses are a bit uncomfortable but we got used to them as our stay went on. Outdoor shower and bathrooms were convenient with four adults staying in the house. Kitchen has all you need for simple breakfasts and lunch. Washing machine was a nice plus. Took advantage of the incredible view and swam in the pool daily- used the steps to walk down to the sea also a few times. Had a great trip!

We would love to come back

We stayed at the property for two weeks and had a wonderful and very relaxing vacation. On our arrival we received a very warm welcome and were well looked after throughout our stay. The housekeepers, Miranda, Anton and Alexandros, were always on hand to help if we had any questions or needed assistance. The house and the surrounding area are very well maintained and well equipped, so we didn't want for anything. The kitchen is fully equipped and, with the exception of a few extra chopping boards, we didn't miss anything. We often used the outdoor barbecue area and the pizza oven. All bedrooms are air-conditioned, functionally furnished and offer a beautiful view of the sea. We spent most of our time at the exceptionally large pool and enjoyed the wonderful view of the blue water. The host was very friendly, accommodating and always easy to reach. We would love to come back.

Superb villa and very enjoyable stay

The property is superb, clean and well maintained. The swimming pool is impressive and private to the house. The property is ~10 meters above the sea level with a splendid view to the sea and surroundings. The sea is accessible via stairs from the property. There is a small beach with stones [not sand], shared with the properties around. The description and the pictures on the site are describing the property with accuracy! The owners and the house keepers are very friendly and did everything they could to help. They provided relevant information about the surroundings. The attractions around are: Athens [~50 minutes drive], Sounion national park [2 minutes drive, for car or 4*4 jeep], sea/beaches around, Lavrio port and shops, open market in Lavrio periodically. I absolutely recommend the property.

We spent two weeks at this beautifully positioned villa and absolutely loved it. The place was just as photographed but even better in person. Most of our time was spent around the pool which was great for swimming lengths and for mucking about and having fun. Getting down to the sea is so easy from the house and provides great opportunity to see the sea life such as Turtles and Octopus.Our hosts were kind and attentive, we really appreciated their warm welcome and hospitality.We were very impressed with the inside and outside of the house and the great views including the opportunity to see the sunrise. For our day trip to Athens it was an easy, though long, drive to Sygrou Avenue where we were able to park easily in the underground car park aligned with the metro station. Thank you to our hosts for that recommendation. The Temple of Poseidon restaurant (with views) is worth a visit even if the temple is not on the cards. We had visited the Parthenon so we were able to get close to the Temple of Poseidon but did not want to visit this time around. We also visited one of the local restaurants within walking distance and had a tasty evening meal.We had two perfect weeks of sunshine and relaxation. Would definitely stay again and completely recommend it for a restful break in a beautiful part of the world.
