From the living room, you’ll see the remarkable colors of fall on Pocono Mountain, and the bedroom offers dramatic views of fall colors. Emperor cabin is a unique space where guests can enjoy the feel of a cabin, a tiny house, a treehouse, and a bar. The treehouse and the tiny house provide an intimate, simple, and restful retreat for 2 people each. The cabin sleeps, 8 guests, Treehouse sleeps 2, Tiny house sleep 2.
The cabin has 2 queen size beds, 1 full-size bed, and two twins size beds. the Cabin sleeps 8. The tiny house and treehouse have each had a full-size bed. a total of 12 guests. In this spectacular space, guests will experience serenity, peace, contact with nature, and wildlife. This is a friendly space for both adults and kids. Very private and near to major attractions and shopping centers and restaurants in the Pocono. The location is within a 3-5 miles radius of everything.
Enjoy the wraparound deck of the tiny house with old town rocking chairs on both sides of the front deck or share a romantic breakfast with your loved one on the L-shape deck of the treehouse. An outdoor day bed with a canopy can be a perfect place to cuddle and enjoy the sunlight. In the afternoon, enjoy a fire pit with fresh wood benches made of trees from in the natural setting, or swing slowly in a hammock while reading your favorite storybook. We want to make sure that your stay meets your expectations.

The log cabin, the tiny house, the treehouse, and the bar are independent spaces from each other. The Tiny House and the treehouse are connected structures by staircases both located 100 yards away from the cabin and the bar. We encourage all guests to use the two full bathrooms in the cabin. A portable toilet will be available at both the tiny house and the treehouse to be used only for emergency overnight. Guests are encouraged to empty the portable toilets in the cabin bathroom the next morning. Only portable water will be available for use at the tiny house and the treehouse for emergency overnight. The Cabin has AC, but the treehouse and the tiny house located 100 yards away in the wood have floor fans, but no AC.
The treehouse and the tiny house have a floor electric heater with a thermostat and no kitchen. But the cabin 100 yards away has a full kitchen.
Be aware! of bears and other wildlife on the property. It is forbidden to feed wildlife while on the property. Infants and children of any age must be under parental or an adult supervision at all times.

Parents or an adult must watch at all times infant and children of all age near edges of the fishpond.
By accepting booking or renting this rental units Emperor Cabin with Tiny house, Treehouse and bar the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises of its facilities.
The Homeowners are not responsible for loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming risk of harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
An additional fee applies for the following:

-Black stone 36" Griddle Cooking station is $50 per stay
-Early check-in or late check-out fee is $200 tax included when available.
Please, do not ask for early check-in, or late checkout if you're not willing to pay.
Contact the host in advance for availability. All payment must be made before check-in
-There is a $100 fee for each additional guest above our maximum occupancy of 12 guests per stay. This include all children of any age.
Guests who do not check out at 11 am will be charged with late fees automatically.
- Please, treat our home with respect. No smoking, do not litter or leave food outside to avoid bears and other animals disruption.
PETS POLICY:
Pets are allowed with a pet fee of $110 per pet and per stay. This include all emotional support pets. All pets owners must sign and return our: " Pet Waiver and Release of Liability Document" before pets are allowed. Vaccination documents (rabies and distemper) are required and must be provided by pets owners for registration.
EXCESSIVE NOISE:
The Rental Property is located in a quiet residential neighborhood. Loud music and loud noise are forbidden. Quiet time starts from 10:00 pm until 8:00 am. Community police will enforce this rule when ignored by any guests.
Tenants agree not to undertake any activities that interfere with our neighbors' right to quiet enjoyment of their property. Tenants agree to fully comply with local noise regulations and use common sense in keeping noise volume low after dark. Any enforcement actions by local law enforcement and/or homeowners association are at the Tenants’ sole risk and expense and may result in additional charges or immediate eviction without refund of any deposits or rents.
RESTRICTIONS:
Property is not to be used for parties in or around the rental property, or in any common areas or facilities, or for gatherings beyond the registered number of guests. The rental of this property is limited to use by guests only. Primary Tenant must be at least 25 years old. Owner may require proof of Primary Tenants’ age as demonstrated by a valid driver’s license, passport, or other government-issued photo identification. If Owner discovers that the Primary Tenant fails to meet this minimum age requirement, the owner may immediately evict all the guests from the rental period with no refund.
The Homeowner and the business are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the premises, this includes children, pets, and while using the amenities on the property. The Homeowner is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, I also agree to indemnify and hold harmless the homeowner and the business from any claims, or lawsuits that may arise from the use of the premise.

STORM POLICY/ROAD CONDITIONS:
No refunds will be given for storms. If your vacation is during the winter months, please come prepared to drive in snow and/or ice to reach your rental property. We do not refund due to road conditions.
WINTER CONDITIONS:
Tenants are notified that this home is in a mountain location where winter
conditions may apply. Walkways, driveways, sidewalks, stairs, etc… may be slippery due to ice and snow. These areas may be slippery even when they do not appear to be. It is advised that caution be used. Please step carefully on all outdoor surfaces. It is further advised that shoes be removed upon
entering the home as wet or icy soles can cause slippery conditions on tile or wood floors inside the home. The Homeowner and the business are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or illness that occur while on the premises '
No fireworks in the community. Observe local speed to avoid tickets. No motorboat on the Lake. Avoid feeding animals.
By booking this house, I understand and agree to all the above terms and conditions. I further understand that I voluntarily agree that I will be solely responsible for myself and for any member of my group safety, loss, damages, or personal injuries (including death)
I release and agree to hold harmless, indemnify, and defend the property owner(s) and the business from any and all claims, lawsuits, actions, debts, bills, or judgments arising from the use of the Emperor Cabin with Tiny House Treehouse and Bar
