The Igloo is the team-friendly basecamp built for tournaments at LakePoint, just 2 minutes from the fields. With a roughly 2:1 shower-to-person ratio (plus a dedicated locker room), your whole roster can rinse off, regroup, and be ready for dinner without waiting in line. 7 bedrooms + loft, sleeps up to 19, and acres of indoor and outdoor space so families and players are not stacked on top of each other like a hotel block.

After a long, hot day at LakePoint, the bottleneck is not beds. It is showers. Between the many bathrooms and the dedicated locker room, the Igloo gives you roughly a 2:1 shower-to-person ratio. Multiple players can clean up at the same time, hot water holds up, and the whole team can be showered and comfortable for dinner in the time a normal rental would still have kids lined up in the hallway.

This is not a hotel block where 19 people share one cramped lobby. Three stories, 8 bedrooms (7 plus a loft), 6 kings, and a modern bunkroom with 7 Twin XLs. Outside, there is a 24' above ground pool (open June through Labor Day), an 8-person hot tub, a screened front porch, an open back deck with a picnic table, a fire pit, and room to run. Players have somewhere to burn off energy between games. Parents have somewhere quiet to actually sit down.

Adults can pull up the big game on the 120" projector with Roku while players head to foosball, pop-a-shot, the bunkroom, or the hot tub. The fully stocked kitchen handles team breakfasts, pasta nights, and cooler refills. The charcoal grill is ready for postgame burgers. Hi-speed wifi keeps film review, scorebook apps, and tournament brackets moving.

We welcome guests that are:

- Aged 25 and over (primary booking guest only, kids and families welcome)
- Not local
- Rental agreement, ID, and fully refundable $500 security deposit required

Note: our pool team stops by once a week on a varying schedule. They do not come inside and will head straight around back.
