Classic southern home! Beautiful big kitchen, and centrally located home.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. It’s very spacious and inviting. You’ll feel at home, ready to sit back and relax. Our beautiful big kitchen has a lot of open space for cooking and enjoying a home cooked meal with family/friends. Big living area to talk and make good memories. Barbecue grill included outside. There are tenants that reside in the ADU behind the house but overall they are quiet and respectful towards our guests privacy. Please be aware, the property has a LIMIT of 3 CARS.

Great house to stay in with plenty of room to be together. Large kitchen, dining room, and living room. It has a great location and is close to a Walmart, which is always convenient. The host was quick to respond and great to communicate with. The only con was there were no extra garage bags.

Great house for a group of adults (think…no bunk beds!)!! The home was very spacious and clean and we were very pleased when we walked in and with our stay.

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures depicted. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated! The rental process was seamless, and the property manager was pleasant and responsive to my questions. I would definitely rent this property again and have already recommended it to my friends and family.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The large dining room was accommodating for our family and friends and family that were also here for the wedding all came and we all sat at the big table and made a big dinner. I would definitely stay here agin

Overall it was great! The house is just lovely and fit my family of 7 perfectly. The bedrooms, the dinning room table was perfect for all of us to sit around. We lost power and the host got on it right away and it was fixed in no time. I do wish some of the responses were a little quicker but with that being said I also know everyone has a life and can be busy. I wish there were a few more check out details. 5 stars all the way and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Perfect location and the area has everything or close to where everything is at. Thank You so much to our host!

Overall was a good VRBO only a few suggestions for the property management the amenities were lacking with trash bags and toilet paper also the one bedroom needs to be a little more private with the glass doors not so much. Everything else was good

The property was all one level. Great for a retired group like us. Communication with host was excellent. One issue with the dishwasher was resolved to our satisfaction. We all agree that we’d love to stay here should we ever travel to Baton Rouge again.

Nice Accommodations

We really enjoyed our stay. The house was nice and centrally located. The host was accommodating and even extended us at the last minute to allow my siblings to stay longer. Our only feedback is one room is a study off the living room which doesn’t offer much privacy.

Wonderful property for our family that was attending a wedding in Denham Springs! So clean, spacious

The house was perfect for our family. We were attending our eldest son’s wedding and the venue was very close to the house. The house is so spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed our stay there.

Louisiana Wedding Trip

Was a good stay for us in Denham Springs. There were no explanations of what to do with the garbage or recyclables. Or how to leave the house for the cleaners. Up north they give us directions on what they would like done to help them. Lots of room for all of us. It was a good location.

House was nice beds were nice but no outside furniture said had a grill which was one of my requests and it was junk couldn’t use not enough toilet paper for 7 people no paper towel and listed as a 2 and a half bath and half bath was locked up was happy with house but need to work on amenities

Denham Springs

Great location, plenty of room for large families. Minimally stocked so just be prepared if staying for extended time. Parking can be difficult especially if wet or raining, (would suggest graveling the area for guest parking), but room for three cars. Extremely easy check in, host was always fast to respond and very pleasant to work with! Would stay again when we return!

Grandson’s Birthday Party

This property hit all of our needs. Plenty of room for our growing family. Everyone had their own room. Plenty of space so we’re not all on top of each other. Great location being close to everything in town and the freeway. Wonderful kitchen and dining area that we all were able to sit together for meals. Would definitely stay here again.

Family reunion

I was in town for a family reunion. This property was very spacious and beautiful. I felt in love with this place. It was peaceful and comfortable. I had family that came over from their rental just to see mines. I could not stop talking about how spacious and beautiful this house was. I would definitely rent again

First of all the house was very nice, the reason for two stars is all on the owner. 1. I asked if there was a grill on the property and she said yes, we get there with 175 worth of steaks and no grill. 2. The property was originally advertised as 2 1/2 bath and the half bath was locked and the owner never answered when I asked about it. 3. Only 4 sets of towels for 10 people, and very little TP. 4. We got there a little early and I asked if we could show up early and she never answered. Last the grass is in need of mowing it was over 2 feet tall.
