Classic southern home! Beautiful big kitchen, and centrally located home.

The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located home. It’s very spacious and inviting. You’ll feel at home, ready to sit back and relax. Our beautiful big kitchen has a lot of open space for cooking and enjoying a home cooked meal with family/friends. Big living area to talk and make good memories. Barbecue grill included outside. There are tenants that reside in the ADU behind the house but overall they are quiet and respectful towards our guests privacy. Please be aware, the property has a LIMIT of 3 CARS.

Great house to stay in with plenty of room to be together. Large kitchen, dining room, and living room. It has a great location and is close to a Walmart, which is always convenient. The host was quick to respond and great to communicate with. The only con was there were no extra garage bags.

Great place, centrally located, pics don't do it justice. Lots of room to spread out. Very clean. We had a great stay and would definitely book again!

Overall it was great! The house is just lovely and fit my family of 7 perfectly. The bedrooms, the dinning room table was perfect for all of us to sit around. We lost power and the host got on it right away and it was fixed in no time. I do wish some of the responses were a little quicker but with that being said I also know everyone has a life and can be busy. I wish there were a few more check out details. 5 stars all the way and we would definitely stay again if we are in the area. Perfect location and the area has everything or close to where everything is at. Thank You so much to our host!

One Happy Customer!

The house was even more beautiful than the pictures depicted. It was very clean, and beautifully decorated! The rental process was seamless, and the property manager was pleasant and responsive to my questions. I would definitely rent this property again and have already recommended it to my friends and family.

First of all the house was very nice, the reason for two stars is all on the owner. 1. I asked if there was a grill on the property and she said yes, we get there with 175 worth of steaks and no grill. 2. The property was originally advertised as 2 1/2 bath and the half bath was locked and the owner never answered when I asked about it. 3. Only 4 sets of towels for 10 people, and very little TP. 4. We got there a little early and I asked if we could show up early and she never answered. Last the grass is in need of mowing it was over 2 feet tall.

We stayed here for my daughter’s wedding and it was absolutely perfect. The large dining room was accommodating for our family and friends and family that were also here for the wedding all came and we all sat at the big table and made a big dinner. I would definitely stay here agin

Beautiful home with a few issues.

The inside of the home was beautiful. The outside, not so much. There were some issues that i will get to in a bit. First the good-- Beautiful updated home with great decor, comfy beds and plenty of room to spread out. Linens were provided as well as toiletries, laundry, and kitchen items. We had cleaning supplies as well. There were a number of games in a cabinet below the television, we didn't have time to play any of them however, but they were there. We only had use of the 2 full bathrooms, as the half bath was under maintenance, but we made due with our group. Now the not so good--Just a few minor irritations but it didn't ruin our trip by any means. The first thing that we saw upon pulling into the drive was the fact that the yard definitely needed some attention. We were hoping to enjoy evenings in the back yard, but the grass was very tall, both front and back. Secondly, we had some questions and issues with the parking arrangements. I tried contacting our host via message and phone call with no response. Again, we just made due and didn't allow it to ruin our trip. The few minor issues we had were very minor. The ceiling fan in one room couldn't be used as the chain was broke, there was a hole in the master bathroom wall that I'm assuming was from the doorknob. As I said before, the half bath was not accessible, not a deal breaker. The trash cans were very full so we didn't have a lot of space for our trash.

Overall was a good VRBO only a few suggestions for the property management the amenities were lacking with trash bags and toilet paper also the one bedroom needs to be a little more private with the glass doors not so much. Everything else was good

The property was all one level. Great for a retired group like us. Communication with host was excellent. One issue with the dishwasher was resolved to our satisfaction. We all agree that we’d love to stay here should we ever travel to Baton Rouge again.

House was nice beds were nice but no outside furniture said had a grill which was one of my requests and it was junk couldn’t use not enough toilet paper for 7 people no paper towel and listed as a 2 and a half bath and half bath was locked up was happy with house but need to work on amenities

Louisiana Wedding Trip

Was a good stay for us in Denham Springs. There were no explanations of what to do with the garbage or recyclables. Or how to leave the house for the cleaners. Up north they give us directions on what they would like done to help them. Lots of room for all of us. It was a good location.
