This condo is ideal for anyone looking to be walking distance to the beach, local restaurants, and shopping. When you stay at this condo you will rarely need your car and can truly live like a local exploring all that this beautiful Island has to offer by bike or by foot! Everything you could need is within a 5-minute walk of the condo! Plus, enjoy access to the community tennis/pickleball courts and resort style pool.

Upon arrival, the complex has complimentary bellman carts in the covered garage and elevator access making getting your luggage to the third floor a breeze! Inside the villa, you are greeted by an open floor plan living/dining area that is centrally located between bedrooms, providing guests additional privacy. The living room features comfortable seating and a smart TV. Guests also have access to a spacious balcony overlooking Lowcountry Celebration Park. The dining table comfortably fits all guests and the gourmet kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals during your stay. Wonderful

Easy check-in and the place was clean and nice. Easy communication and close walk to the beach the restaurants. Highly recommended to couples or families. We love Hilton Head and enjoyed our stay! Can’t wait until next time.

Beautiful Beach Vacation

Everything exceeded our expectations- such an easy walk to the beach. The pool is beautiful and we spent a lot of time there too. The condo was exceptionally clean and perfect for our family of five. Twin beds were uncomfortable so my teens slept on the couches. Otherwise perfect, we will be back!

Clean and Great Location

Was a family trip to the beach for a few days. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The place was clean and had everything we needed. Our problem was that the 2 twin beds were so uncomfortable….rock hard with pillows as flat as pancakes that the two of us who were supposed to sleep in them went and slept on the reclining couches instead. The queen bed was also deemed to be quite uncomfortable, though not as bad as the twins. They truly were no better than sleeping on the floor. Aside from not being able to sleep well, we enjoyed our vacation and the proximity to the beach and Celebration Park as well as Coligny Plaza. The free trolley service was great too!

You cannot beat the location. We always stay at Forest Beach Villas as it is an easy walk or bike ride to everything!

Great Location

This condo was exactly what we needed for our one week stay in Hilton Head Island. The pool was really great surrounded by beautiful landscaping. From the balcony you have a view of a small pond with lots of cool turtles. The beach and shopping was all in easy walking distance. The only concern with the condo was a shower curtain needs to be replaced and there is a kitchen drawer that doesn’t stay closed. No biggie though, it was clean and easy to stay in. We had a great week!

Nice balcony that overlooks Celebration Park, so you can enjoy the weekly concerts. The property has 2 tennis courts/PB courts and a lovely pool. You are an easy 10 minute walk from the beach, coffee shop, restaurants and stores. 4 bikes come with the property. We biked to Publix each day to get dinner items. This condo is by far my favorite. It is comfortable, and we love the location.

Loved the location, decor, code locks, extra chairs, and communication. The place was not thoroughly cleaned though. The sinks were dirty around Tim, shower curtain had orange mold, sand on tables. Suggestion is to get your own cleaning service. Had a wonderful time!

Our only problem was the condo was advertised as having a sleeper sofa and sleeping 8 when we booked and when we got there, there was no sleeper sofa, but when I called they brought us a queen air mattress.

Needs a few new skillets, and could use a knife sharpener if you plan to cook in. Also the sliding door could use a little love. And lastly just jetting use to the furnace blower, sounds like you are taxing to take off. The location was close to Coligny and the beach and restaurants. We would stay here again.

Awesome location for Fall or Spring!!

This property was exactly as described. Issue with slow drainage in both showers resolved to manageable status after single call to maintenance. However, noticed sluggish drainage continued 2 days later just not to the degree when we arrived. Moisture issue in master bathroom. May I suggest replace the vent to higher CFM. Location was a plus for this property, 4 adult bicycles, chairs, and beach supplies were provided! Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware however, if you plan on cooking larger meal bring large skillet one provided was rusted; and all 3 skillets could be replaced. All other cookware were fairly new!! Beds were comfortable and the villa was nicely decorated!! I would recommend this villa for a fall or spring trip for best location and close to Coligny Plaza!!

Labor Day with family

This was our first time to hh. The condo was in excellent condition. There was plenty of space for 4 of us. It was a quick walk/bike ride to the beach and we really appreciated having the chairs and bikes. It was also an easy 5 minute walk to many restaurants and the piggly wiggly

Forest Beach Villas

The air conditioning kept the master BR cold, but other 2 BRs were warmer. The return in the Master BR needed to be cleaned, as well as needed a new filter. The 4 beach chairs were in great condition, and having bikes with the rental was great. Do not drive under building if you have a tall truck or SUV. Our SUV scraped on the height warning pipe, and also on one of the concrete beams. We couldn't back out because 2 cars were right on our bumper, and it's a tight parking garage. Park outside! The location to beach access and Coligny is fantastic. Would love to stay here again!

Clean, well appointed and very well equipped. The only problems we had (and why only 4 stars)was we had to rewash all the silverware because a lot of it was sticky. Also a loose shower curtain rod was a minor annoyance. We will definitely try to stay here again next year!

Great family vacation spot

Our family of 5 was very comfortable here. Very clean and great washer/dryer. Comes with 4 sturdy adult bikes, and we rented a kid’s bike just down the street. Easy biking (with basket on each bike) to great restaurants and to the beach. Great family area. Would definitely stay here again!

We were able to walk to shops, dining and the beach. Having the bikes allowed for miles of riding on the beach. The condo was clean and comfortable and roomy. I can't say enough about the perfect location and great communication before we arrived. Highly recommend.
