"CASA Dolphina" Private Luxury opinión de la costa de St. Pete Beach y el Golfo de México

Casa Dolphina ofrece las más espectaculares vistas de agua abierta combinados con un magnífico diseñador de interiores y muy bien cuidados jardines que proporcionan privacidad y serenidad.
Para actividades en el propio juegan en el patio de baloncesto, comenzar a sudar en la sauna, la práctica en la cena de verde o de pescado poniendo en el muelle. Puede lanzar los kayaks desde la plataforma de control remoto grande para explorar la pequeña isla al otro lado de la casa. La base también tiene un elevador en caso de que quiera traer su propio barco (de pago).
La gran piscina de agua salada tiene paneles solares y ofrece una bomba de calor (de pago) para mantenerlo caliente durante todo el año. El spa tiene su propia bomba de calor (sin cargo). Estamos seguros de que todos estos servicios se encontrarán a sus altos estándares.
Para los servicios especiales, como jugar al golf en Pasadena privada, sólo nos piden que el servicio de reserva horas de salida. Estamos aquí para ayudarle a tomar la Casa Dolphina unas vacaciones muy memorable. Te lo mereces. Espero pronto.

Casa Dolphina has a backyard paradise and covered sunroom that is perfect for groups with varying ages and interests. The kayaks/kayak lift, fishing from the dock, the birds, dolphin, manatee, gorgeous sunsets, and the perfect hosts can't be beat. This wasn't our first visit and won't be our last.

We had a great time at Casa Dolphina! The layout of the house is perfect for groups. Plenty to do, the view was amazing and the outdoor area felt private. The hosts were great and accommodated all of our needs.

This was the BEST vacation rental we've stayed at. The location is amazing, the house is very comfortable and accommodating for multiple people to stay. Fabienne and Gerold were so welcoming, gracious, attentive and kind. We definitely plan to return for future stays. There were 4 adults (2 couples) and a 17-month old. The house worked out so well for having a toddler along. We made frequent use of the hot tub, kayaks, fishing, and pool during our week long vacation stay. The weather was ideal and it's so nice sitting out on the lanai and enjoying the weather as well as dolphins, manatees and stingray sightings. The hosts stopped by a few times to check on us and make sure all was well and that we didn't need anything. Thank you Fabienne and Gerold for sharing your amazing house with us.

Casa Dolphina is a fantastic place to stay. The expansive water views are world class, and the sun room, pool, kayaks, and hot tub are great amenities. Fabienne and Gerold are wonderful hosts who are committed to the comfort and enjoyment of their guests. They are very quick to respond to questions and brought thoughtful welcome gifts to the house early in our stay. The home is one you don't want to leave and we would love to return!

Great house. It’s one of those places where you don’t really have to leave because there’s so much to do there.We did get caught with an unexpected surcharge to heat the pool. Maybe that’s just an off-season thing.

We had a perfect stay here. There were 6 adults, 4 children 6-12, and 3 generations. We simply had a brilliant time. There is so much wildlife here. We saw dolphins most days, a manatee on 2 occasions and so much more. We used the kayaks to explore and went to the nearest beach in them. We paid to have the pool heated and that was great. The owners lived nearby and they were always on hand if you wanted anything. The position of this property within the bay was perfect. We also used the fishing fods supplied and we caught several fish. A great place to relax.

This was our third visit to Casa Dolphina since 2021 for our LibraFest/Birthday get away. The house was AMAZING! Lots of space for all and very comfortable beds. Gerold and Fabienne are always wonderful hosts. I tell everyone how amazing this house is, and the location is perfect. We had a beautiful week of warm and sunny October weather. We enjoyed the kayaks and the pool/hot tub. We enjoyed a beach day at Treasure Island (Caddy's), shopping and walking around John's Pass and yummy area restaurants. We were always on dolphin watch and we did see a few during our stay. We also loved our daily visit from our bird friend. We hope to be back soon.

This was the best stay I have had, ever. The house was perfect. The solitude and decor was just amazing. It was so relaxing for all of us who stayed at Casa Dolphina. We even got to see some dolphins out past the private dock. I will stay here again as soon as I can. I had always imagined what I thought a vacation should be in my mind, but this lived up to my imagination. My wife and I HIGHLY recommend anyone to stay at Casa Dolphina. You will not regret it one bit. Thank you to the owners so VERY much. Allowing us to make the most beautiful memories that will stay with us the rest of our lives. We will come back again.

A well appointed house with wonderful owners. Myself along with some friends and family didnt want to leave. The property itself is breathaking, with wonderful water views, a much needed pool and neat little outcoves sprinkled around the yard. A nice patio table in the shade by the water, a tiki hut with a dining table, a grilling station and a dock with some primo fishing. The interior was spotless, the rooms were large and plentiful enough to fit 10 of us. The beds were comfy, the kitchen was stocked and the sunroom was a great place to relax and umwind. Fabienne and Gerald were responsive and incredibly welcoming hosts, I'd recommend it to anyone and cant wait to be able to go back.

This is by far the absolute best rental home I have ever stayed in. The hosts are so incredibly nice that all of my friends and I wanted to ask them to adopt us :) Truly though, from the second I booked this place until the moment we left, we felt welcomed by Fabienne and Gerold! They are two of the kindest, most thoughtful humans we have ever met and that same thoughtfulness has clearly gone into every aspect of their home. The pool was pristine, the hot tub was clearly cleaned right before we arrived, the dock was amazing, kayaking to the island was surprisingly easy (took 5 mins), the beds were comfortable, the outdoor shower was awesome, and the chill room was perfect for game night. Everything was exactly as pictured or better and the location was perfect. When we arrived we were greeted by Fabienne and Gerold and they brought us homemade cupcakes that were delicious! Upon leaving they also gave us a personalized gift as a thank you which was truly the sweetest thing ever. This place is beyond perfect, made my bachelorette party incredible, exceeded all my wildest dreams, and I can't wait to plan another trip here where I can bring my (soon to be) husband! Thank you both so much from the bottom of my heart. Casa Dolphina is the greatest!!!!

All over 60 spending family vacation together, weather was beautiful until the last day, layout of main level full bath off garage/poolroom was a little far from the bedrooms and garage/ billiard room was very warm to play pool in at most times. But over all we had a blast.

Love Casa Dolphina

This was our second time staying at Casa Dolphina. We love the hosts and the house. It such a good family home. They have tons of kayaks and a lift to put the kayaks on and lower down and just paddle out. The kids fished off the pier and caught fish. They have a big porch off the back thatwe love. We spent evenings on the porch playingl games. The pool is beautiful and of course we enjoyed it immensely. The house is beautiful and very well maintained. I would recommend this home to anyone! Gerald and Fabienne are wonderful hosts and are there in a moments notice if there are any problems. You will definitely love Casa Diolphina. We also saw manatees by the pier and dolphins.

We had a family group of ten staying at the house and we absolutely loved it! The home owners were so accommodating and nice. The house was beautiful and the outdoor space was amazing!!! There was plenty to do at the house and the views are breathtaking. We cannot wait to go back.

The most wonderful family vacation!

Casa Dolphina was the perfect vacation spot for our family! We had 8 adults and 2 kids in our group. The house was clean, well kept, and the perfect size for everyone to be together but also have their own space. Some of the group fished from the dock while others relaxed in the pool and hot tub, even played some pool, and kayaked in our downtime. The sunroom was the most popular spot; rain or shine you can just sit back, relax, and enjoy the view of the water. The owners were fabulous, and their attention to detail didn’t go unnoticed. Fabienne and Gerold were incredibly kind and came bearing gifts, welcoming us with open arms and made us feel comfortable in their home. They helped suggest things to do close by, even suggested some beautiful beaches to check out and dinner spots. They stayed in touch for anything we could have ever needed. Prior to our trip, they quickly responded to all of our questions. The location couldnt be better! You have everything you need, whether it be stores, golf, food, or even several beaches in just a short drive, but honestly there’s so much to enjoy at the house you may not even want to leave. 10/10 experience and 5 stars all around. Thank you for everything and sharing your beautiful home with us! We had the best time and will most definitely be back!!

Great Family Trip

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We would excitingly go back!! We caught multiple sharks from the dock, loved the pool, used the outdoor dining almost every night, and found the owners to be kind and wonderful.

A Dream Vacation

Hard to leave yesterday… our time at Casa Dolphina couldn’t have been more perfect! So much room, a beautiful pool which was hardly ever empty, a fabulous dock for fishing and kayaking, a kitchen and bar for foodies like us who love to cook our own meals… nothing was missing!! We hardly left the property. It was a family trip where we all met from our various homes in the US to spend some time together. With four grandchildren, there was something for everyone! Our 9 year old grandson is now hooked on pool as there is a wonderful billiard table on the property too. And I must acknowledge our hosts…. Fabienne and Gerald were so personable and helpful!! Communication was easy and they were always available to answer any questions and offer ideas for when we did manage to pull ourselves away from the property!! We will definitely return someday!!!

My family recently spent a week at Casa Dolphina and my 11 yr old nephew summed it up best… “that was the best vacation I’ve ever had!!” he told me. Now, he hasn’t been on that many vacations yet in his young little life, but I certainly have and I can honestly tell you, he’s not wrong. As the planner extraordinaire of our family vacations, I can confidently say that my entire family echoes his sentiment. If you’re looking for an absolutely stunning, well maintained, clean, spacious, beautiful property full of charm and character then look no further because you’ve found it! The location & views-breathtaking! The neighborhood-peaceful, beautiful and friendly. The amenities-you’ll have absolutely everything you could ever want or need! I’ll also add that my parents with limited mobility really appreciated how accessible everything was for them. This home is a true gem and it exceeded every expectation and then some. We will forever cherish the memories we made here- sharing family stories in the sunroom over coffee, daily dolphin sightings, kayaking in the bay and exploring the nearby island. We truly had the time of our lives. My family cannot stop raving to me about how much they loved this home!! And if that’s not enough, the hosts Fabienne and Gerold are just absolutely delightful and kind human beings. I can’t say enough about how amazing & wonderful they are! Fabienne even planted a plumeria tree from my late great uncle’s home so now we have family at Casa Dolphina!

Beautiful, well kept property. Fabienne and Gerold are amazing hosts that want you to have the best experience possible. The kayaks on the property were a great idea to paddle out to the island. Fishing was great. Seeing dolphins right next to the dock pool was incredible. We would love to come stay again.
