Overlooking the 12th fairway of the Crooked Oaks Golf Course, this newly built home boasts breathtaking views. From expansive porches to access to island pools and amenities, this home is designed to elevate your island experience.

Prepare to be amazed by the gourmet kitchen. Featuring a large central island, a top-of-the-line Thermador appliance package complete with a gas range, and a unique butler's pantry offering additional prep and storage space along with a second sink and fridge.

Experience true relaxation on the expansive screened porch, where the island's sounds and refreshing breezes await. Whether you're unwinding in the conversational seating area, catching up on your favorite shows on the outdoor TV, or enjoying al fresco meals at the dining table, the porch is your ultimate sanctuary.

Designed with an open floor plan flooded with natural light, the main living spaces provide an inviting atmosphere for gatherings and entertainment. With six spacious bedrooms, this home offers ample room for your entire group, ensuring everyone enjoys comfort and privacy. You won't find many homes on the island who can welcome this many guests!

This incredible home provides amenities tailored to enhance your stay. From the convenience of an elevator and garage access to the option of renting a 6-seater LSV golf cart for easy island exploration, every detail has been thoughtfully considered. To access any of the island amenities and have resort charging privileges, you must preorder your digital amenity QR code online with the Seabrook Island Amenity Center. Further information for obtaining access will be sent after your reservation is booked.
The Lake House at Seabrook gives access to an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, and playground complimentary to all Seabrook guests. There is also an indoor heated pool, fitness center, fitness classes, and library (additional fees will apply to the activities you choose). The indoor pool and fitness center are an additional fee of $15/per person/per day.
The Club at Seabrook allows guests to access the two championship golf courses, Racquet Club, Equestrian Center, ocean front pools, and all dining options. Each property is individually owned and has different membership levels. This property has a FULL membership access so there is no fee for the Beach Club pools or Lake House outdoor pool. All other activities are an additional cost. ACCESS NOTE: These club access fees apply to 2026. If you are booking early, please note that club access options could change in 2027.
Seabrook Island Vehicle Fee Required: Seabrook Island requires that all rental guests to pay a $40 vehicle fee (one-time, per car) in order to receive a gate pass and be allowed to enter the Resort community. The vehicle entry fee, calculated as the maximum number of vehicles allowed at the home, will now be included as a line item expense in your rental total. Number of vehicle passes needed may be discussed and confirmed with our Sweetgrass team members after booking.
