The Space:
Welcome to our Serene 2BR Suite at Lloyd Ave. Our suite is situated in a residential area, providing a peaceful and serene environment for our guests. We've customized our place with your comfort and enjoyment in mind. We place a high priority on cleanliness, ensuring a sanitized environment for your safety and enjoyment.

Home feature:

Bedroom 1: Features a queen-sized bed, a closet, and a ceiling fan.
Bedroom 2: Furnished with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a ceiling fan.
1 shared bathroom equipped with a shower and bathtub (shower bath) and complimentary toiletries.
The living room offers a sofa bed, providing comfortable sleeping space for an additional two people.

The Thermal control for central heating can be found on the living room near the sofa bed.

The living room is furnished with a comfortable sofa set and a television, creating an ideal space for indoor relaxation. Whether you prefer sipping a cup of coffee, immersing yourself in a good book, or watching movies, this room offers a perfect setting for indoor recreation.

The dining area accommodates six people with its six-seater seating arrangement.

The kitchen is a comfortable, clean, and spacious perfect for meal preparations. Furnished with essential appliances including a refrigerator, electric stove with an oven, dishwasher, electric kettle for hot water, toaster, and microwave for heating food. Additionally, it provides a complete set of cooking and dining utensils for your everyday needs. Basic cooking essentials such as oil, salt, and pepper are also included, ensuring a convenient and enjoyable cooking experience.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire space and will not be going to share this with any other guests.
Access to the suite's instructions will be provided once the booking is confirmed.

Please be aware that there are tenants currently residing on the ground floor of the house. The room available for you is located in the basement. It's important to note that this is a single-story house with a ground floor and a basement.

NO PETS ARE ALLOWED: Please be advised that pets are not permitted during your stay. However, if your reservation includes a service dog, kindly notify the property management in advance. 1. A set of house rules is strictly implemented throughout every stay and must comply:

- No loud noises at all times
- No pets allowed
- Please no 'loud' gatherings. Quiet hours: 9 pm to 8 am
- 1 set of towels will be given per registered guest.
- Only registered number of guests will be allowed to stay, extra person fees apply for additional guests

2. Cooking essentials provided : Salt & Pepper; Cooking oil; cookware for your convenience.

3. Baby crib is available upon request for a fee of 50 CAD per night. Kindly inform us at least three days in advance BEFORE your CHECK-IN date to make arrangements for your request.
