Spend your days exploring nearby hiking trails, hitting the slopes, or relishing in Santa Fe's shopping and restaurants before unwinding in the hot tub and sauna! Take advantage of multiple deck spaces— perfect for stargazing or morning coffee. Enjoy total privacy while also being conveniently located to all Santa Fe has to offer!

About the space-

The home has a unique three-level layout. Featuring four bedrooms, comfortably sleeps up to 10 guests—three full bathrooms, which include a newly added spa-style deep soaking tub.

Top Level:
The heart of the home. This level features the living room, dining area, fully stocked kitchen, one of the four private bedrooms, two full bathrooms, along with access to a deck perched three levels up — the perfect spot for morning coffee or sunset views over the mountains.

Middle Level:
The main entrance to the home is located here, along with the second private bedroom, a sauna room, a full bathroom, a twin bed tucked into a cozy built-in nook near the stairway — perfect for kids. This level also connects the upper and lower floors via two separate staircases.

Bottom Level:
This floor includes two additional private sleeping spaces and the washer and dryer, making longer stays easy and comfortable.

The layout creates natural separation between gathering spaces and sleeping areas while maintaining a warm, connected feel throughout the home!

Top Level:
• Private bedroom with a queen and a twin-size bed

Middle Level:
• Private bedroom with King bed
• Built-in nook-style twin bed tucked beside the stairway(NOT PRIVATE)

Bottom Level:
• Private bedroom with two twin beds
• Private bedroom with two twin bunk beds


Bathroom Layout-

Top Level:
• Full bath with spa-style soaking tub
• Full bath with shower

Middle Level:
• Full bathroom with tub and shower


Outdoor space-
Enjoy the large deck designed for relaxing and gathering. Enjoy a full outdoor dining table, a comfortable lounge area centered around a propane fire pit, and a hot tub built directly into the deck for soaking under the stars. The space also includes a propane grill and outdoor heaters, making the deck comfortable and usable year-round.



Guests are welcome to use the entire home, except for the garage, which contains the owner's private belongings and features surveillance cameras. Please refrain from entering the garage. It is left unlocked and accessible in case of an emergency.

Other things to note-
•If recent snow or a storm is expected, all-wheel drive is preferred.
•The home has multiple staircases, which may not be suitable for all guests.
•Dogs are welcome; however, a non-refundable fee will be charged.
