Welcome to the Blue Breeze! This 3 bedroom 2 bathroom condo sleeps eight and has been newly updated throughout. It is a top-floor unit with breathtaking views of the lake. Located on the 19-mile marker in Osage Beach directly across from the popular Dog Days Bar and Grill.
Kitchen and Dining Area
This open-concept kitchen has been completely remodeled with new stainless-steel appliances, paint, backsplash, and gorgeous quartz countertops. There is a breakfast bar with seating for four. You will find everything you need including an electric griddle, air fryer, pressure cooker, and an electric tea kettle. In the dining area, there is a table with seating for four.
Living Room
The living room features a sofa, end tables, coffee table, a desk with chair, a flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors with access to the waterfront balcony.
Master Suite
The Master features a king-sized bed, nightstands, an accent chair, a dresser, closet, flat screen TV, and sliding glass doors that open up to the waterfront balcony. There is an attached bathroom with a double vanity sink and a shower/tub combo.
Bedroom 2
The second bedroom features a king-size bed, nightstands, an accent chair, dresser, closet, and a flat screen TV.
Bedroom 3
The third bedroom is a loft, and it features a twin-sized bunk bed with trundle, a futon, dresser, flat screen TV, and board games.
Bathroom 2
The second bathroom features a double vanity sink and a stand-alone shower.
Outside
Out on the screened-in balcony, you have gorgeous unobstructed views of the main channel. There is a Blackstone grill, a bar height table with seating for four, and additional seating area for two.
Neighborhood Description
This complex is located just off Osage Beach Parkway, centrally located to all the most popular spots. This complex is just minutes from the Bagnell Dam Strip, Outlet shopping, Hyvee, JB Hooks, Baxters, and tons of other lakefront bars and restaurants.
To abide by all legal requirements and building security rules, you will be asked to provide a copy of your official government-issued photo ID, confirm your contact information, provide a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID, pass through our verification portal and, in some instances, complete a criminal background check.
Important note: The information is collected for screening and verification only and is not stored or used for any other purposes.
Please be advised that you will be asked to sign a rental usage agreement that governs the terms of the stay. You will also be required to pay a refundable damage deposit of $250 before check-in. By completing the reservation you agree to the following:
• You agree to be bound by our rental terms and conditions.
• You acknowledge that you will be required to provide a copy of a valid government-issued ID and matching credit card prior to check-in.
• You acknowledge that you may be required to undergo a background check if mandated by the property management company or the building, as stated in accordance with your rental agreement and condition of the booking.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have successfully completed our verification portal.
• You understand that your check-in instructions might be withheld until you have added a payment method in your guest portal for the damage deposit.
