Top (1st) Floor:
Enter this home on the top (1st) floor through a street-level upper courtyard adjacent to the driveway.
- Two bedrooms; a master with a queen-size bed and ensuite bath, and guest bedroom #2 which has two queen-size beds.
- Master has an ensuite bath, huge, dazzling master closet, large slanted windows, a smart TV and a work desk and chair.
- Ensuite master bathroom features an oversized soaking tub, custom tiled walk-in shower, and a huge, granite, double-sink vanity.

Middle (2nd) Floor
The second (middle) floor of the home has an open floor plan containing the kitchen, living room, game room with pool table, and formal dining room. The gourmet kitchen boasts gorgeous, extra-thick black granite counters, plenty of cabinet space, kitchen island with sink, state of the art stainless steel appliances including a french door sub-zero fridge, dual convection oven, gas range and dishwasher. The breakfast bar offers stool seating for six; below a stunning modern, rectangular, crystal chandelier. There is a covered, outdoor teak-wood dining table with seating for six, on a balcony just off the kitchen.

A game area with a pool table divides the kitchen from the living room. (This home has games for the whole family, such as giant jenga, monopoly, etc.) There’s a corner bar beside the pool table with stool seating for four. A large Smart TV sits above the polished granite fireplace. A panel of sliding glass doors lead from the living room out to a balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool.

The formal dining room has a large modern-farmhouse style table that seats ten guests. Floor to ceiling windows offer guests a calming view of azure skies and lush green courtyard foliage. It’s like dining in the treetops! A dramatic, contemporary stone fireplace in the middle of the room and a stylish circular wall cut-out at the back of the room are architectural details that add an ambiance of sophistication and grandeur to the dining room.

Lower (3rd) Floor:
The lower (3rd) floor of this Sherman Oaks mansion has four bedrooms, and also opens up to the outdoor courtyard with dining area, outdoor kitchen and pool. Bedroom #3 has a queen-size bed, bedroom #4 has two queen beds, bedroom #5 has a queen, and bedroom #6 has a queen. These lower level bedrooms share two bathrooms.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:

Pool/Spa Heating: If you'd like to enjoy a warm swim or soak, we offer pool heating for an additional $100 per night. Please note, the pool can take anywhere from 5-10+ hours to heat up, depending on the outside temperature. Spa takes 45 minutes to 4 hours. Note that you cannot heat both at the same time.

Please keep in mind: our pool is surrounded by beautiful nature, which can sometimes lead to leaves and twigs ending up in the water. On windy days, there may be more leaves than usual, but we do have a twice a week pool cleaning service to keep it in tip-top shape. We do keep a pool net there just in case you need to use it.

PLEASE NOTE: we’re in the process of replacing the old fridge, and the new one is already installed at the property. You’ll have a fridge available for use, but please note that the freezer section won’t be functional for now. Thanks so much for your understanding!

- Ring Doorbell Camera at the front door entrance
- Backyard facing pool

House Rules:

Welcome to our home! We want you to have an amazing time, so we've put together some friendly tips to ensure everyone has a great stay:

1. **No smoking or parties, please!** We have a NoiseAware and Ring doorbell to help us keep things quiet and peaceful for all.

2. **Respect our neighbors.** Please keep things quiet after 10 pm, especially any music or outdoor gatherings. No swimming for groups or kids after 10 pm either.

3. **Let us know who's coming!** Please tell us the exact number of guests staying at the house and if anyone plans to visit during your stay.

4. **No fires, please!** The fireplace is just for decoration, and we're in a fire hazard zone, so no fires anywhere on the property, including smoking.

5. **Parties and events are strictly prohibited.**

6. **Keep things tidy!** Please clean up after yourself to help keep our home neat and tidy.

7. **Pool and garden care:** We have a gardener (Tuesdays) and pool service (Mondays and Fridays) come every week. You can request for additional cleanings for a fee (covered by the guest) if needed. Please note that sometimes leaves and twigs might fall into the pool, especially between service days. If that happens, feel free to use the pool net to scoop them out. Thanks for helping keep things sparkling!

8. **Furry friends welcome!** We love pets, and they're welcome to join you for an extra fee of $250 per pet. Just let us know beforehand so we can approve it.

9. **Check-in and checkout times:** We're happy to offer early check-in or late checkout if we can, but it depends on availability. There might be an extra fee of $50 per hour.

**A friendly reminder:** While we want you to have a fantastic time, we can't be responsible for any accidents or injuries that happen during your stay. So, please be careful and have fun!
