Designed for up to 2 guests, this boutique-style retreat provides the comfort and privacy of your own space while keeping you close to Downtown Boise, Hyde Park, BSU, the Greenbelt and the Boise Foothills.

Little Sunset is completely detached from the property's main home and includes:

🛏️ KING BED



The king bed anchors the guesthouse and provides a comfortable place to unwind after exploring Boise, attending a BSU event, or spending the day in the foothills.



🚿 SPA-STYLE BATHROOM



The bathroom features a spacious glass walk-in shower with rainfall-style fixtures and modern finishes.



🍳 KITCHENETTE



Little Sunset includes a thoughtfully designed kitchenette with the essentials for a smaller stay, including a compact cooktop, refrigerator, dishwasher and preparation space.



Please keep in mind that this is a guesthouse kitchenette rather than a full-size residential kitchen.



🌿 PRIVATE FENCED COURTYARD



Little Sunset has its own fully fenced private courtyard with café lighting and outdoor seating.



This courtyard belongs exclusively to Little Sunset guests when the properties are rented separately.



Please note that Little Sunset does not include access to the main home's larger lawn, garden or covered patio.



🐾 SMALL-DOG FRIENDLY



Little Sunset welcomes smaller dogs because of the compact size of the guesthouse and courtyard.



The courtyard is fully fenced, but guests should always inspect the enclosure upon arrival and supervise their dogs. No fence can be guaranteed to contain every animal.



If you're traveling with a larger dog or have questions about whether Little Sunset is appropriate for your animal, please contact us before booking.



We warmly welcome up to 2 dogs in our home. Dogs must be included in the reservation, with applicable pet fees paid. Guests remain responsible for supervising them and preventing damage or disturbances. If you plan to bring 2 or more dogs, please reach out for approval before arrival.



Kindly note: We kindly ask guests to clean up after their dogs during their stay. If dog waste is left behind, an additional $25 fee may apply. Thank you for helping us keep the home fresh and welcoming for everyone. Cats not allowed.





🏡 MAIN HOME ON THE SAME PROPERTY



Little Sunset shares the parcel with a larger vacation rental called Sunset.



When rented separately, a gate divides the two guest areas and normally remains closed to maintain privacy.



If you'd like access to both residences and the entire group's designated outdoor areas, look for our Gathering Sunset combined listing.



Guest Access:

Guests have private access to Little Sunset and its fully fenced courtyard.



🔑 SELF CHECK-IN



Little Sunset offers private contactless self check-in using a secure keypad.



🏡 SEPARATE MAIN HOME



A larger vacation rental called Sunset is located on the same parcel and may be occupied by another group during your stay.



A gate separates Little Sunset's private courtyard from the main home's designated yard and garden areas. This gate normally remains closed and secured when the properties are rented separately.



Please respect the privacy of the neighboring reservation and do not enter the main home's yard, garden, patio or living spaces.



🚗 IMPORTANT — GRAVEL DRIVE IS FOR LOADING ONLY



A gravel driveway leads toward Little Sunset and the owner's garage/work area.



Guests may use this driveway briefly to unload and load luggage, but please do not leave a vehicle parked in the gravel driveway.



The owners operate a small furniture-refinishing business and need to maintain access through this driveway for vehicles and trailers.



After unloading, please move your vehicle to available street parking.



🔒 OWNER GARAGE / BUSINESS AREA



The garage/work area is not included with Little Sunset and contains owner belongings and storage associated with New Hope Furniture.



The owners may occasionally access this area during your stay. It is separate from your private guesthouse and fenced courtyard.



🗑️ TRASH



The property's main garbage bins are located on the Sunset side of the parcel.



Little Sunset guests do not need to enter the other rental's private area to dispose of trash.



If you'd prefer, simply leave securely bagged household trash outside the Little Sunset front door and our property/cleaning team will transfer it to the main bins.

Little Sunset is tucked into Boise's charming North End/Sunset area, offering a quiet residential setting while keeping you close to many of Boise's most popular destinations.



Nearby attractions include:

This is a residential, lived-in neighborhood, so normal neighborhood sounds and activity should be expected.

Little Sunset provides convenient access to Downtown Boise, Hyde Park, BSU, the Greenbelt and the Boise Foothills.



🚗 STREET PARKING — PLEASE READ



Guest parking is on the street.



The gravel driveway leading toward Little Sunset may be used briefly for loading and unloading only.



Please do not leave your vehicle parked in the gravel drive. The driveway also provides access to the owners' small-business garage/storage area, and sufficient clearance is needed for vehicles and trailers.



After unloading, move your vehicle to available legal street parking.



🚲 AROUND BOISE



Many neighborhood destinations and parks are nearby, while a vehicle, bicycle or rideshare makes it easy to reach Downtown, BSU, Hyde Park, the Greenbelt and the foothills.



Interaction with Guests:

Little Sunset offers private, contactless self check-in and is designed to give guests a quiet, independent stay.



Our local management team is available through your booking platform's messaging system if you have questions or need assistance.



For the quickest response, we ask that reservation-related communication remain within the booking platform whenever possible.



If something needs our attention, please notify us as soon as reasonably possible during your stay and include photos when helpful.



Because the owners' small-business garage/storage area is located on the same parcel, you may occasionally see the owners accessing that designated area. They do not need to enter Little Sunset or its private fenced courtyard to do so.



Otherwise, we'll give you the space to settle in and enjoy your stay.
