Esta casa tiene 3 dormitorios y 1 baño en el piso de arriba. Playroom y otro baño abajo. Relájese en el porche de la pantalla con una bebida, mientras le asa mariscos frescos que acaba de atrapar. Después de un día de paseos en bote y observación de delfines, ven a casa una bonita y limpia casa de alquiler recientemente renovada. Esta casa es de dos pisos con muchas ventanas que dan a una bonita laguna. Observación de aves mientras cena desde el comedor. Nuestra casa de alquiler tiene una cama king size en el primer dormitorio, dos de tamaño completo en el segundo y una reina en el tercer dormitorio. El dormitorio con la reina tiene una terraza con balcón.
Mucho estacionamiento aquí en esta calle sin salida. El alquiler es adecuado para los niños. La planta baja tiene una gran sala de juegos para que los niños pasen el rato. El segundo baño está abajo. También hay una ducha exterior para enjuagar.

Great location! Minutes from the lighthouse and beach. House looks exactly like the pictures. We were there for almost a week and had no problems. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

A very pleasant stay

Spent just short of a week here, and it was great. The house is spacious and beautiful. Ample parking at the house. Its a short walk to the beach, but it would be better if there was parking closer to the beach. Sunsets and sunrises are amazing here, and the beach wasn't touristy and packed like some I have visited. Dolphins were out playing everyday and so were the crabs. Will definitely return to the property for another trip.

Great for families!

This house is perfect for families. We had 6 people and were very comfortable. The kids could play games in the lower level while the adults chatted upstairs. The walk to the beach and local restaurants was easy and convenient (less than 10 min). Highly recommended for people traveling with friends and kids.

Just what I needed

This was a beautiful house, located very conveniently to the beach, shops, etc. We rented bikes which I think made it much better (walking would have maybe been a challenge). There is a bike shop just about two blocks away, so that was perfect. The house was just as described, and very well stocked and updated. There were only a couple of housekeeping notes that I shared with the owner directly, but otherwise it was cleaned very well. As mentioned in other reviews, the second bathroom is downstairs, which has to be accessed from outside. It didn't affect us at all as there were only two of us, and we never needed to use both at the same time. The outside bench on the marsh is so peaceful. I enjoyed taking my coffee there every morning to watch the big white bird that became my friend. I have named him Ronald if you see him :-) Tip: there are a few beach items in the downstairs area that was a big help for us. There were a couple of beach mats that we borrowed since we forgot ours back home. It saved us from having to purchase anything. We would be glad to stay here again, and are very happy overall.

Couldn’t ask for better!

This place is an absolute GEM. We wanted the enjoyment of Tybee without the noise and this house gave us just that. Nestled in a super cute neighborhood, we were only a 7 min walk to the beach. Coming here flying for the first time, we were nervous about having to buy all of the entertainment for our kids…. However this house came fully stocked with all of the beach toys and more. We were amazed! The bedrooms were so cozy and our kids asked a few times “can we live here?” The kitchen was fully equipped with all of our needs. 10/10 for us!

Nice House

This trip was amazing. The house was perfect for our family of 4. The wife and I walked on the beach every morning. Our kids played at the beach. Son went crabbing across the street. Only issue we ran into was you have to go outside to wash and dry clothes due to the layout. Other than that this place was perfect. I would highly recommend this house. They did a great job hosting us. Thanks again

Great location

Perfect location on north (Savannah) side of island, away from the big crowds. Can walk or bicycle to uncrowded neighborhood beach. Easy bicycle ride to lighthouse and North Beach. House is nice with windows overlooking marsh. Basement is a game room with its own bathroom, giving a family plenty of room to spread out.

Great location, close to everything

Main floor was great, big rooms, great kitchen and living room, beautifully decorated, comfortable and cozy. Perfect location, quiet, close to everything. Only drawback was 2nd bathroom was on the lower level and could not be accessed from the main living level. Had to go outside and down the stairs to let yourself into the lower level to utilize the 2nd bathroom. Other than that inconvenience the house was great.

We had a great time! The kitchen and house were well stocked and everything was clean. The owner was very responsive and answered any question we had quickly. We would definitely stay there again.

Family wedding

We went to Tybee for a family wedding and rented this cottage with another couple, so 4 adults all together. We had plenty of room and had a spare bedroom. The house was very nice and had everything we could need. The owner was accessible and let us know if we could get in early. The location was great too. The house had plenty of furniture and was very comfortable. The basement was bonus room if anyone wanted to play some pool and had an extra bathroom with shower. We would definitely recommend this house rental.

Good place for a short trip!

We stayed here for an out-of-town wedding! It was a great location, close to everything on the island. Nice to have 3 bedrooms! The second bathroom is in the basement, which you can only get to by going outside. So that was a little weird. But we enjoyed our stay and Betsy was a great host!

Felt Right at Home!

This house was perfect for our family of five. It was spacious and had a very well stocked kitchen. The nearest beach access was an easy walk (about 5-10 minutes), and a cart was available. There was lots of wildlife in the marsh across the street as well. We would definitely stay here again!

Great visit!

Very nice home. The house has the most well stocked and organized kitchen I have ever had at a rental. The owner is easy to contact and friendly. We really had no major issues with anything and the beds were so comfy! There were some mosquitoes, so be sure to pack bug spray.

We have owned this house for nine years. We purchased the house to have a place on Tybee Island. We currently live and work off the Island. We decided to share our house with vacation renters so others can enjoy the property and Tybee Island. Tybee Island is a great place to relax.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Tybee will host several fun events such as 5k runs. Each & every celebration will be so much fun. Walk to the North Beach where the Savannah River meets the ocean watch the dolphins play there right off the shore line. Very nice view of the ocean here.
