Welcome to our charming Airbnb retreat nestled in a lovely, quiet neighborhood adorned with mature trees. Experience the tranquility of nature with hiking trails and a serene stream a short drive up the road.

Welcome to your ultimate relaxation retreat! Lounge in our basement TV viewing room, boasting luxury leather seats, surround sound, and an electric fireplace. Cozy up by the double-sided fireplace in the dining room or host movie nights in the spacious open-concept living area.

With five spacious bedrooms, each featuring brand new mattresses, our home comfortably accommodates up to 15 guests. Three full bathrooms (showers included), one of which also has a Jacuzzi tub, and an additional half bath ensure ample space for everyone to freshen up.

Entertain effortlessly in our beautiful white kitchen, fully equipped with new appliances and amenities to enjoy like coffee pods, and the spices provided. Step outside to the large fenced backyard, complete with play equipment.

Unwind in the basement TV viewing room, which includes a full-size refrigerator and kitchenette for easy access to refreshments during movie nights or game days.

For added convenience, we provide two rollaway beds (mentioned aboved as Sofas), ensuring comfortable sleeping arrangements for larger groups. Whether hosting a gathering or enjoying quality time with loved ones, our home offers the perfect setting.

Entertainment is granted with a large TV with surround sound and reclining chairs.

Outdoors, make use of the barbecue grill and utensils for memorable meals under the open sky.

Escape to our inviting oasis and create unforgettable memories in this picturesque setting. Plus, indulge in relaxation with a Jacuzzi tub in the master bath and take advantage of on-site laundry facilities. House was not cleaned upon arrival. Had to stay in another house that night. Having to move 12 people the next day was very inconvenient and disruptive to our trip.

The house was amazing. Everything was very clean and organized. Location was easy to find and not far from shopping. We were only there a few hours to sleep, but everything was great. The host was very helpful with all my questions.

This was a great place to stay. It's as good as the pictures. We had plenty of room, and it was in a quiet neighborhood. It was close to shopping, about a mile from Costco and also Lake Coeur d'Alene. We enjoyed walking around downtown and along the lake. We watched a seaplane take off from the lake. The fall colors were amazing. Our kids and grandchildren enjoyed it too, especially when we found a toy store at the indoor shopping center. The host was very responsive and helpful.

Our family group was 5 adults and 5 children. We had plenty of room to spread out. The bed/bedroom arrangement accommodated our needs. The blackout shades were nice to have. The house was very clean!The location allows easy access to neighborhood parks, groceries, Costco and downtown.

Excellent for families

This home was great for our family vacation, 11 people from 3 families. The downstairs was wonderful so people could spread out and have privacy or entertainment. The house had a number of extras, like coffee and other little things you dont always find. We ate on the patio morning. The neighborhood was quiet and a great location. We will stay there if we go back.

Celebrating our first-born grandchild's graduation 2025

The home was so spacious, roomy, and accommodating. The family was very happy. Minor problems that needed attention, however property manager was willing to have them repaired asap, but we felt it could be done after we checked out of the home. The downside, everything was communicated through text. They don't call back. The home is minutes away from where the graduation, shops, activities, and restaurants are located. Overall, we enjoyed the home, we would tell friends, and we would return again.

Family New Year Celebration

The property was excellent for our large families with our grandchildren. Plenty of space to spread and a basement for the kids to play. It was close enough for the other kids to ski at SilverMountain and the grandkids to send some time in the water park. Very, very spacious!

Issues

There’s a few things we wanted to mention on your property. It’s a nice place, but there are a few maintenance issues that should be addressed before you rent it again. None of the outlets in the upstairs bathrooms are working, we looked for a GFI outlet to reset and didn’t find one, also looked for a breaker box which we assume is in the garage we didn’t have access to either. The fireplace didn’t appear to be working, and the toilet seats are loose, almost had one of my parents fall off. The air hockey table was a big draw for us booking this property and it didn’t appear to be working, made lots of noise and shook, but it was not functioning. Also the bed frame in the master bedroom seems to be on its last legs. Very shaky and loud. Cleanliness was another issue, when we see a 250 cleaning fee, we expect it to be clean when we arrive. The dining room table was sticky, and food crumbs and remnants on the chairs. There was hair in the bathroom sink and shower, the towels stunk like they had not been dried (mildew smell). The floor in the kitchen was sticky and a few other minor issues. It is a very nice place and a convenient location for many things we wanted to do in CDA, but we thought you should know about these maintenance and cleanliness issues.

A Spacious yet cozy stay

We really enjoyed our stay at this home! The location was fantastic—quiet neighborhood yet central to everything we needed. The home itself was incredibly spacious and worked perfectly for our family.We especially appreciated the great amenities, like the outdoor playground, basketball hoop, and air hockey table. These added so much fun to our time there!The only suggestion I have is to add more cookware (such as pots, pans, and baking sheets) to the kitchen and to ensure regular maintenance of the air hockey table.Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we’d happily stay here again!

Great home for a large group

We loved staying at this home. Big enough for our group of 11. The little kids loved the play structure in the back. The bigger kids loved the basketball & the games in the basement. We all loved all the nice easy chairs. Nice home. Is as advertised.
