Property manager, Linda, was immediately available to assist in our access to the property, the house was pristine, the kitchen stocked with all the appliances we might want to use, the furnishings were attractive and child friendly, and the yard was great for our youngest to run around in. The house is also convenient to local eateries and stores. Country cottage is a very pleasant and comfortable “home away from home”.

"The Fletchers"July 11-14, 2025"We were so blessed to get to stay at this property." Linda is a wonderful host. She is so nice and thoughtful. The house is beautiful inside and out. Every room in the house is so clean!! It's well- equipped with everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay. We will definitely be back.

Another great stay!

This was our second time staying at the cottage and it was as if we never left. Cottage was perfect, clean and gives the kids plenty of room to spread out. Its convenient location from our family and stores/restaurants is perfect. We look forward to visiting again!

Family weekend getaway

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property! The home was well-equipped with all the main cooking essentials, which made cooking a breeze. Its location is perfect…minutes from great restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, and local beaches.The host and her husband were accommodating, incredibly hospitable, communicated clearly from the day we booked until we left. They even helped with parking for the boat and access to a water hose, which was a huge plus. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we definitely plan to stay here again next time we're in the area.

Quiet Family House

House was located off the main highway in a quiet neighborhood. The house was clean and beautifully organized—we had everything we needed. The property manager was very informative and helpful. The bedrooms were located at opposite ends of the house so my daughter/spouse and I/spouse had privacy.

Wonderful Stay

We absolutely loved our stay! This home is so well appointed. We really enjoyed sitting on the front and side porches enjoying a cup of coffee. The neighborhood is so peaceful. The pictures of this house arebeautiful but seeing it in person is amazing. The owner thought of everything. We have stayed in many VRBO’s. This is one of the best!! We will be back.

Like other reviews, this place was EXACTLY as the pictures show. Clean, uncluttered, tasteful. Kitchen was well equipped. Easy parking. Host Linda was extremely responsive - not that we needed anything! I highly recommend!

Property was set back and private. Quiet atmosphere with main road attractions just steps away. The cleanliness of property was exceptional and organized. Our Family trip wanted for nothing at this location. We will definitely rent again.

Beautiful home in perfect place

The house has a private drive with ample parking space for up to 3 cars still allowing for turn around room. Once inside it is brand new and very comfortable with all the amenities needed. Literally around the corner is the little town with places to eat and only 7 minutes from Emerald Isle. We will most definitely tell everyone about this house and stay again. The owners keep in contact to make sure you are comfortable and are highly attentive. Perfect 10.

Felt like home!!

My husband and I stayed here for 3 nights with our 3 kids and we couldn’t have loved it more! It was clean, homey, and had a wonderful yard! We will definitely be back!

A Model for Short-term Rentals

I've stayed at timeshares, extended stay hotels and both BnB rentals all over the country. This stay is in my top 5. Just a short drive to Emerald Isle beaches, it's tucked away in literal serenity. The relatively new house is single-level, so no stairs to deal with. It is well-appointed with everything you need to stay comfortably, with well-themed furniture, a kitchen with everything you need down to spices and condiments. It even has dual bins for garbage and recycling. Bathroom towels are fluffy white and stocked. Loved the front and backyard areas with a side patio just for the master bedroom. Overall a wonderful stay. And the host (whom I got to meet) is wonderful. 5 stars!

Swansboro weekend trip!

The house is nested very close to all the action in Swansboro on a quite dead end street. The home has a great front yard so if you have kids it is a nice feature. The house seemed like it had just been remodeled as everything was like brand new. The owners had great attention to detail like a fully stocked kitchen with almost everything you would need. Loved that the master bedroom was on one side of the house and the other bedrooms on the other side. Overall the family had a great trip! Would certainly recommend this property!
