We had a lovely time at this house! Matthew was a very responsive host. Thye house itself was very well equipped and comfortable. We really enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The location was close to the beach and the beach itself was gorgeous! There was some construction across the street and ALOT of mosquitos - neither of which the host could do anything about.

Well-kept home with everything we needed for a wonderful week in westhampton.The private pool and hot tub were in good repair and were clean on arrival. Chemicals checked on Monday and quick cleaning on Thursday. Pool guy was in and out with minimal disruption. Outdoor seating and large gas grill were more than enough for our group of 7. Large supply of pool towels was provided.Living room and dining area have comfortable seating and pleasant decor. Plenty of cozy blankets. We would have liked to see more board games in the house, but we were so busy in the pool and enjoying the area that we didn’t miss them too severely. Kitchen was not missing anything critical. Plenty of dishes and cookware. Gas stove was easy to use. Newer fridge and dishwasher. Lots of counter space. Extra fridge/freezer next to the full-size washer and dryer. The washer capacity was a bit less than we are used to but we were able to keep fresh towels for everyone all week long, so no complaints there. Large supply of bath towels.Beds comfortable and linens clean and made well on arrival. Showers very spacious and bathrooms in good condition. We enjoyed several daily walks. Many friendly neighborhood dogs and families. No issues getting delivery from a few different restaurants and grocery stores. Highly recommend stopping to eat at Margarita Grille if you are bringing your dog along! Matt was a great host - communicated just enough to make sure we had what we need. Very easy check in/out. Ty!

Best house yet!

We have been renting a house in the Hamptons for the past 8 years and ou donnin law declared this to be our best house yet! We hope we can manage to all get together and book it again next summer. We loved that we could walk to the beach plus it was a short drive to John Scott’s surf Shack where we went more than once.

Wonderful Stay by the Beach

We had a lovely stay at this Westhampton Dunes House. The house was very clean, and had beautiful updated bathrooms It had all the amenities you could possibly need. The hosts were always responsive and accommodating. Very short walk to the beach . We were very pleased.

Amazing getaway for birthday celebration!

We were a group of siblings celebrating a milestone birthday in early September. We were blown away by this beautiful house and serene setting. The well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill were conducive to preparing a gourmet meal for our large group. Matthew the host was so accommodating and a pleasure to work with. We would definitely plan another vacation here!

Great family vacation in Westhampton

Our family had an excellent stay in this home. Great communication from Matthew. Very clean and fully stocked home (linens, towels, paper products, cooking supplies, etc.). The heated pool and hot tub were perfect for the cool evenings and the beach was beautiful (and not too crowded to boot). Far enough from the city to enjoy the peace and quiet but close enough to visit if you’re not from the area (like us). Amazing experience overall. Thanks Matty!

Beyond Wonderful

Matt and Cheryl’s Westhampton home is luxe and pristine. Could not have asked for more and only wish our stay was longer. From comfortable beds and fully equipped gourmet kitchen, to beautiful fireplace and huge dining table, we loved the home. Best of all for us was the pool, spa and large deck for relaxing and the short walk to the beach. Matt was awesome communicator and a thoughtful host, being flexible when our plans had to be tweaked. Can not give a higher recommendation.

Great place to stay in Westhampton!

Great find in Westhampton. 5 min walk to the beach. Great pool with hot tub that heats up well. Beautiful bathrooms all recently renovated. Matt and Cheryl, who own and manage the property, are incredibly responsive and helpful if you have any questions before or during your stay.

The property was beautiful! It's right across the street from the beach. Our family had a wonderful time - relaxing, going to the beach and hanging out in the pool and spa. The kitchen is very well stocked with anything that you might need. The owner was great to work with and very responsive and accommodating. We will definitely return in the future.

Great Property & Location

I've stayed at 10+ VRBOs in varying areas around the Hamptons and this is one of the best. Landlord is very easy to deal with. Property is well appointed, they don't leave you with one roll of paper towels or short you on the beach towels. Everything looked as it did in the pictures and it was a great weekend vacation.
