Studio condo newly renovated in the Bay View resort. The condo is centrally-located between 5th and 6th avenue, in walking distance to the CCMF in June. Amazing direct views of the ocean! This condo includes a king bed, wet bar, small living room, and direct ocean view balcony. Building amenities include indoor/outdoor pools and hot tubs, indoor lazy river, outdoor firepit, fitness center, and detached gated parking garage.

This condo sits next to an additional Oceanfront Double Queen suite with full kitchen, living room, dining room and in-unit laundry that can be rented to make a large 2 bedroom 2 bathroom vacation home for your entire family. The additional space sleeps up to 6 comfortably with two pillowtop queen beds and sleeper sofa. Check out the combined space here.

We’re so glad you’re here! We are Dave and Maria, two avid beach lovers who are hoping to make lasting memories here for our family as well as yours! We met on our first weekend in college and 13 years later are excited to begin our dream of creating our own little piece of paradise and sharing it with you. With three energetic boys 5 and under our day-to-day life is anything but a walk on the beach but we can’t wait to watch them grow with each trip we take here.
