Impresionante remodelación de este condominio de 2 habitaciones y 2 baños. Sé uno de los primeros en disfrutar de este condominio completamente renovado en la comunidad privada y cerrada de Ritz Pointe. Todo es nuevo, desde los muebles hasta los colchones de calidad del hotel y las sábanas de lujo. Todas las comodidades del hogar en tu escapada a la playa. Las comodidades del complejo incluyen una nueva piscina climatizada, gimnasio y un patio y jacuzzi con vista al mar. Perfect Choice in Dana Point

Though I have been to California several times this was my first solo trip as well as first trip to Dana Point. So glad I stumbled upon Carla at Itrip and this rental!! Carla was fantastic from start to finish. Very pleasant and accessible. These characteristics made my decision to book with her. The unit was immaculate. The owners went above and beyond equipping and providing all the necessary items for an enjoyable worry free stay! Close to the Salt Creek Beach via walking path however for me personally driving to the public lot, using the provided OC Beach/StatePark parking pass was a dream! Love the manned gated entry. Safe! Close and easy driving to grocery, restaurants and surrounding towns. It was a wonderful visit and I hope to be able to stay here again! Thank you!

We had a great time and the property was just what it claimed to be. Convienent to the oceanside towns and close enough to make aomw trips to disney. The pool & spa were great for aome relaxing in between.

Great for our family of five

Clean, great location, basically exactly what we needed. Awesome amentities. King size bed was very bouncy compared to the memory foam my wife and I are used to, but a very good comparision to any hotel type mattress. My adult niece and my six year old daughter were great in to the two separate twin beds in the second room, and the pullout bed worked great for our three year old. Great selection of beach chairs, toys, life jackets for small kids, and umbrellas for beach. Appreciated the beach towels and being able to wash and dry in the machines on site easily. Kitchen was fully stocked, and was perfect for our needs. Was nice to have two bathrooms to shower and get clean after the beach and pool. On the whole, a wonderful place to stay for up to 5-6 people depending on sharing the pullout sofa bed. Would definitely stay here again if we came to the area.

The location was even better than expected. Across the street from the community’s guard gate was a trail that led down to beach which we enjoyed daily. The unit was superbly well stocked. There was nothing we needed that wasn’t provided for us. The property manager was super responsive! Highly recommended!

Perfect

We were a bit skeptical at first. It was pretty dark but opening all the blinds helped. Pics on site made it look bigger than it is. All that said it is in a perfect location. It had everything we needed and was clean as a whistle. We would definitely go back. I did tell the woman who oversaw everything that there were a few little quirks that needed to be worked on. Certainly not enough to deter us from coming back.

Excellent winter break stay.

Property just as advertised! Easy to access, clean and fully stocked! Convenient to local beaches and other attractions. Property manager was responsive and easy to deal with. Major plus was the heated pool and spas available so our kids could swim even with the weather in the 50s and 60s. Would stay again!

Great Stay in Dana Point

The property has been recently remodeled, and was pristine clean, even to my wife standards which are very high. We had one issue, trying to figure out how to set the lock in the door, but the owner responded immediately, which was great. Overall, a good experience and we would certainly rent it again.

My sister and I had a very nice stay while we were visiting Disneyland. It was relatively in the middle of Anaheim and San Diego which worked out nice for us. The place was clean and comfortable. It felt great to be in a gated community. I would recommend this to others.

Fantastic stay!

Beautiful condo! Clean, spacious and super comfortable beds. The 2nd bedroom did have 2 twin beds which was fine for us but a larger person would have a hard time fitting in them. Great kitchen…fully stocked and even had plenty of spices and oils to use. Great grill also. They have a beach closet with chairs, umbrellas and towels which was fantastic. Good pool and hot tub. Great location and the path to the beach was a 15 minute beautiful walk. We had a great time and would highly recommend.

The Appartement is clean and big enough for a Family. But now that we know what Dana Point has to offer, it is much to expensive. For this price you can get so many better places to stay.

We enjoyed hosting Ole and his family and always welcome our international guests. I'm sad to see that he didn't enjoy the city as much as he thought he would. I know the price of beach city real estate can be quite shocking but as rentals go this is one of the best values for the money along the coast.

Great Condo

Very nicely decorated condo, lots of attention to detail, quiet, close to the beach. Parking pass provided for free Salt Creek and other County Beach parking. Beach chairs and other beach equipment provided. Kitchen fully stocked with all the essentials and more. Just a pleasure to stay here. Make sure you find the walking path to the beach through the neighborhood and then through the Monarch Beach golf course. Very scenic.

Great place to stay

The unit lived up to the great expectations from the listing. There was everything we needed and more to have a comfortable and nice stay within a mile of the beach. Check in process was simple and communication with the Property Manager was helpful. No issues with the unit or stay, would highly recommend to anyone.

Property was very nice. Close to everything but very quiet. We have stayed at a number of Ritz Point properties over the past 7 years. This was one of the best. Real plus was more parking close to the unit than most other unit there.

Three week winter vacation
