This beautiful 1 bedroom condo located in the heart of downtown Portland's Pearl district! This modern and stylish space is perfect for traveling professionals, couples, or solo travelers looking for a comfortable and convenient home base while enjoying all that Portland has to offer.

The condo features a cozy bedroom with a plush king-sized bed, crisp white linens, and plenty of closet space for your belongings. The bathroom is clean and modern, with fresh towels provided for your stay. Have a guest? A queen-sized air bed is also available for your weekend guest and the living room provides ample space for it.

The living area is bright and airy, with large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Relax on the comfortable sofa and catch up on your favorite shows on the flat-screen TV, or enjoy a cup of coffee from the provided coffee maker for the comfort of your pre-work rituals or while planning your day's adventures.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to whip up a delicious meal, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, and microwave. There's also a dining table where you can enjoy your meals as well as a semi private/ (shared-outdoor space with one other unit) where you can enjoy an al-fresco meal or your morning coffee. There are two folding chairs and a folding table nestled inside the closet ready for this experience.

Located in the trendy Pearl district, you'll be just steps away from some of Portland's best restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and shops. Whether you're in the mood for a fancy dinner, a casual night out, or a private night in, you'll find plenty of options within walking distance.

Central and only blocks to TriMet public transportation. Lightrail (Green Yellow, and Orange) is 3 blocks away, Streetcars (A, B, and NS) is one block away, and a 10-minute walk to Union Station. Walk Score of 98!

The MAX light rail is the heart and soul of the citys public transportation system. It includes more than 90 stations, and its track stretches for 60 miles, connecting the city, airport and greater Portland region. All five lines (Blue, Red, Green, Yellow and Orange) run through downtown. The MAX is also a frequent service line, meaning it runs every 15 minutes or less.
