Guests are entitled to all concierge services, two Lapis spa passes daily (spa entry only - other services are additional), valet parking for one car will be $55 Daily , and all hotel amenities.

There are 3 cleaning options charged by the hotel.
1. Everyday cleaning: $80 per cleaning plus tax
2. Every-other day cleaning: $80 per cleaning plus tax (recommended for 3 nights plus)
3. Check out cleaning fee- $155 plus tax (one time fee- no service provided- recommended for stays of a week or longer)

We do not charge a cleaning fee. A cleaning fee will be charged and paid directly to the hotel. The charge is dependent on the frequency of cleaning. Unfortunately, we cannot waive the cleaning fee.


The rate is inclusive of resort fees ($35/day value- access to Fontainebleau hotel facilities: gym, beach, pools, restaurants, etc.), 2 spa passes to LAPIS Spa ($100 Value) for each unit. Wristbands that give access to the pool are given complimentary MAX at 4 wristbands for a junior suite (additional wristbands are $35 per wristband regardless of the number of people staying in the suite - the hotel limits wristbands per unit). The only hotel charges not included in the rate are the hotel’s mandatory cleaning service charge which is paid directly to the hotel upon checkout, rollaway bed costs and wristband charges above those allotted to the suite.

HOTEL POLICY: A HOLD DEPOSIT on your account shall be placed for $200 per night for estimated incidental charges in addition to any room and tax charges that may apply. Your card will NOT be charged.

TRANSIENT RENTAL FEE: $16.52 PLUS ANY APPLICABLE TAXES PER BOOKING.

CHECK IN TIME: AFTER 4:00 PM DEPENDING ON HOUSEKEEPING TURNOVER

CHECK OUT TIME: 11:00 AM - ABLE TO ACCOMMODATE LATE CHECK OUT DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY, NOTHING GUARANTEED BUT IT COULD BE A POSSIBILITY.

Cancellations made for any reason such as but not limited to sickness, inclement weather, flight delays or flight cancellations will not warrant a refund. Travel insurance for unexpected cancellations is recommended to all our guests.
