Romantic Suite of 37 m2 with the best view of the lake. It is excellent for HOME OFFICE because its High speed WIFI. It has a very comfortable QZ bed (Beauty Rest Recharge med support), work space, dressing table, armchairs and 2 interior fireplaces. Bathroom with spectacular view and double jacuzzi tub. Totally private terrace with chairs, table and hammock.
Each sunset is a spectacle and you can enjoy it from the terrace or from the jacuzzi, which is totally private and for the exclusive use of this room. Complement your bath with our Jacuzzi service for relaxation that will make your bath a unique and an unforgettable experience (candles, aromatic salts, essential oils, coconut cream, chocolates and a complimentary bottle of sparkling wine). The room has thermoacoustic glass, which guarantees you a deep rest. You also have a minibar in the room and you can use all the kitchen services that are exclusively for our guests.
Guests can have access to the first floor terrace, games room, gym, gardens and garden terraces, as well as the living room, bar, canteen, kitchen, breakfast room and dining room.
The ecological liquid for the fireplace has an additional recovery cost, the same as the package of salts and essences for the Jacuzzi.

All complemented by our cellar with the best selection of wines and mezcals! You don't need more. Come make your partner fall in love again and let yourself be pampered!
Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Our neighborhood, El Polvorin, is a typical village neighborhood, very quiet and friendly. The neighborhood is made up of locals. You will be about a 25 minute walk from the center of town, therefore, as you will see the neighborhood is not touristy, and is off the beaten path. It is ideal to integrate and get to know Mexicans and their culture but without the noise of downtown. Home is right on the second corner, easily up the hill, right at the beginning of a steep street and only 4 minutes walk to Monte Alto Reserve . You will have a small grocery store (a village super) one block from home that sells all the essential products for your stay. You will also have very close artesanal pastry-shop, tortilleria, and roosted chicken shop two minutes from home. At home, you can order a delicious wine from the Cava, or artisanal Mezcales, you can also order beer and other drinks with us. If you want some food you can also order pizzas, breakfast, delicatessen and romantic dinners.

The house is an old house, founded on walls that date back to the 17th century, and that tell legends and stories that happened among its stones, adobes and tile roofs. The house has, nevertheless, al the comforts of modern live and everything you need for a pleasant stay at home. We are at the beginning of a cobblestone street along which the moon comes down to bathe in the lake at night.
Moreover, another advantage of your new home is location.The HOUSE IS LOCATED right at the confluence of the deviation to Avándaro, the junction of the highway to CDMX and Manguito Street, which is the one that enters Valle from the South. In such a way that the location is unbeatable to go to the different points of attractions, main restaurants in the different areas and to enter or leave the town.
The distance to Avandaro Center is 7 minutes by car. There you have everything from restaurants to shops, now, the DISTANCE TO THE CENTER of Valle is approximately five minutes by car. Walking you take about 25 minutes to the central garden, and although the path has an uphill part at the end, it is pleasant because it is full of art galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants, which make it very pleasant. The first shops and restaurants are a 10-minute walk away and two by car. The lake is 15 minutes away on foot and less than 5 minutes by car.
Since the return trip is a pure climb... many of our guests prefer to take a taxi. Which in the center has no problem.
