Romantic refuge in heights, with total independence, with views of the lake and treetops. It is IDEAL for HOME OFFICE, due to its high-speed internet and VARIOUS workplaces in nature. This much comfortable, cozy and quiet room with private bathroom, mat bed, fireplace, closet, has also a very comfortable terrace with total privacy, hammock and an outdoors living room.
The Refuge is located at the top of the house and therefore has a magnificent view of the lake. It has a double bed with a very comfortable mattress (American Victory medium support), with anti-mite cover and padded mattress cover. Soft, measured pillows with hypoallergenic covers. The mattresses are sprayed with organic anti-mite liquid after each guest change.
Coffee and a type of local pastry are left at your door every day. You can eat them on your private terrace or you can always receive them in the garden or in the orchid room, in the greenhouse, on one of the terraces or in the garden.
Guests can have access to the first floor terrace, games room, gym, gardens and garden terraces, as well as the living room, bar, canteen, kitchen, breakfast room and dining room.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento
Our neighborhood, El Polvorin, is a typical village neighborhood, very quiet and friendly. The neighborhood is made up of locals. You will be about a 25 minute walk from the center of town, therefore, as you will see the neighborhood is not touristy, and is off the beaten path. It is ideal to integrate and get to know Mexicans and their culture but without the noise of downtown. Home is right on the second corner, easily up the hill, right at the beginning of a steep street and only 4 minutes walk to Monte Alto Reserve . You will have a small grocery store (a village super) one block from home that sells all the essential products for your stay. You will also have very close artesanal pastry-shop, tortilleria, and roosted chicken shop two minutes from home. At home, you can order a delicious wine from the Cava, or artisanal Mezcales, you can also order beer and other drinks with us. If you want some food you can also order pizzas, breakfast, delicatessen and romantic dinners.

The house has, nevertheless, al the comforts of modern live and everything you need for a pleasant stay at home. We are at the beginning of a cobblestone street along which the moon comes down to bathe in the lake at night.
Moreover, another advantage of your new home is location.The HOUSE IS LOCATED right at the confluence of the deviation to Avándaro, the junction of the highway to CDMX and Manguito Street, which is the one that enters Valle from the South. In such a way that the location is unbeatable to go to the different points of attractions, main restaurants in the different areas and to enter or leave the town.
The distance to Avandaro Center is 7 minutes by car. There you have everything from restaurants to shops, now, the DISTANCE TO THE CENTER of Valle is approximately five minutes by car. Walking you take about 25 minutes to the central garden, and although the path has an uphill part at the end, it is pleasant because it is full of art galleries, shops, cafes and restaurants, which make it very pleasant.
