Comfortable, convenient, and super cute!

I stayed here for a week to visit a friend and attend some concerts. The studio was incredibly comfortable (really nice bed and furniture), it had so many amenities, and was also very affordable. I would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful

Perfect Stay

The place was cozy, beautiful, and in a great centralized location. The host was super accommodating and awesome even letting us extend our stay when we needed to. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Perfect South Bay Studio Apartment

This apartment perfectly met my needs. The furnishings were well thought out and everything was there to meet my needs. The bed was super comfortable, the apartment had a huge television and everything was new. The parking is right at the door, so it does not get any safer than this. The host was very accessible and caring and actually lives in the complex. I will definitely stay here again. It is in a very convenient location for me in the Torrance/Lomita area of the South Bay. Thank you Veronica you are the best!

A Restful Place!

This was the perfect location for me to stay! I love the accommodations. The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for meal prep and meals. The bathroom was a perfect size and there was plenty of room to store my luggage and my clothing. The bedroom is nice, there was a huge large screen smart TV available to enjoy. There was a designated parking space, which was very important for me. The owner is a lovely person and I would totally stay at her property again if it were available. I need to get to RPV quickly and this was a perfect location.

Beautiful apartment and location!

The home was extremely clean and comfortable - it had everything necessary for a great stay. The AC was great, especially in the summer heat and having a full kitchen was another amazing bonus. The owner responded quickly to anything we asked and gave us a great welcome book to the area. We would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Our stay was excellent! The property is very clean, well stocked with some extra touches to make it feel like home. Thanks for the fresh ground coffee!! Veronica is the most attentive host we have ever stayed with! She is there if needed and gives you plenty of privacy if not. She also had great recommendations for things to do and restaurants in the area. It was a pleasure to stay there and we would certainly recommend it. Thank you Veronica!!

Great studio!

Very clean and well kept property, nicely done bathroom and shower, with a fully stocked kitchen. Lots of restaurants close by, short drive to the beach. Would definitely stay here again if I am ever back in the area.

Great Studio Apt!

My husband I stayed at this cozy studio apartment for one month Aug 2016. We are from Toronto Canada, and this was our 10 year wedding anniversary gift to spend time in LA as we did when we were engaged. It was our first time we stayed at an apartment vs staying at a hotel. And what a BIG difference it was! The price and convenience of having a kitchen was a HUGE plus! This studio apartment looked EVEN better than the photos. It was very clean (and I am a clean freak – so this is saying a lot). I loved that the place was new and nicely decorated with brand new kitchen and accoutrements. The place had everything we needed to make our vacation complete. The private Air Conditioner came in handy on the hot LA nights. The area was very safe and close to lots of conveniences like Trader Joes, WholeFoods and even AMC theater less than a mile away! I usually have trouble sleeping when I am away from home…but not this time…the bed and black out shades were PURRFECT, and I slept like a baby! I even got to catch up on my favorite HBO and Showtime shows! I loved the location – we were a quick 15 minute drive to Redondo Beach, 20 minute drive to Long Beach and an easy 40 minute drive to Santa Monica, downtown LA or even Beverly Hills. Veronica was very accommodating and attentive to all our needs before and during our stay. We highly recommend this studio apartment – you will be glad you chose this place to rent! My husband and I already have plans to return back to stay at this studio apartment next summer.

Summer in LA

My daughter and I visited LA for summer camp and this was our second stay at the studio apartment. We chose to stay again because of our terrific experience from last year. First of all, the owner Veronica welcomed us with such great hospitality and warmth. She has been very caring and attentive towards our needs during our 5 week stay. The studio apartment is in top location close to everything essential such as shopping, restaurants, entertainment and is with convenient access to the highway. The laundromat is only 5 minutes away which made it easy for us to take care of our laundry once a week. The studio apartment is CLEAN with great updates such as air conditioner and ceiling fan, new kitchen appliances and granite countertops. The cleanness of the studio apartment is one reason we chose to stay again during our summer visit. The area is safe and has access to everything one would wish to enjoy during a temporary stay. It DOES feel like real home to spend time away from home. I can only highly recommend the studio apartment in every aspect and would love to stay again when we visit LA again next summer. Summer camp visit with daughter

My daughter and I came to California to visit a summer camp in PV and stayed at the Studio apartment for 5 weeks. The location is perfect with easy access to get to LA as well as to nearby shopping areas with Whole Foods and Trader Joes. The beach was just 10 minutes drive from the place so that we could go for late afternoon beach picnics. The studio apartment is cozy and comfortable and well equipped with modern stainless steel kitchen appliances. The laundromat is located very conveniently within walking distance. The owner Rose is a lovely person. She was very helpful and made our stay easy. We definitely want to come back next summer and stay again at the studio apartment. It is a clean, cozy and efficient place to stay for temporary visits.

Business and Pleasure, LOVED this place!!!

This apartment is a great as it looks in the photos, but that’s just the beginning. There’s even a drive-through Starbucks down the street. It was very convenient that I could do a quick load of laundry just a short walk around the corner. I have trouble sleeping on the road, and the bed was ultra-comfortable, with an added bonus of black out shades making the room so dark I could catch up on my sleep. The place had everything I needed including a computer desk, a coffee maker, full size fridge and even beach towels! This trip was successful. I was able to combine business with beaches and fun. I followed my dream and moved to Los Angeles. Before I purchased I searched high and low for the perfect place to call home. I love this townhouse as it is almost brand new, I love the Mediterranean Open Concept Design. And of course I love the Location Location Location -- close to everything!
