Fun in the Sun

Everything from ping pong to swimming pool and grillin in the beautiful EP weather, this home will entertain the whole family. Home recently remodeled brings light and style for your enjoyment. Powerful wifi and TVs connect you with entertainment and news. Centrally located, just minutes from the airport, dining, downtown and night life!

NO SMOKING. If smoking found a fee of $200 will be charged. If smoking outside, please smoke at least 15 ft away from any window or door. Please ensure all windows and doors are closed.

NO FOOD OR DRINKS IN BEDROOMS. If signs of food and drinking in bedrooms a $100 fee will be charged.

Trash collection is on Thursday morning. If staying more than 2 weeks please take out trash bin to curb. gray is for trash.
Wash all dishes and place back in to its original state. If dishes not put away or dirty dishes found in cabinets $100 fee will be charged.

Clean stove after every use. Wipe down counter top and dining table after every use. Keep area clean at all times for your safety and others.

An extra $200 cleaning fee will be charged if the home is excessively dirty.

Put all used and unused towels in laundry basket and place in laundry room.

Remove all sheets from bed and place in laundry room. Replace any furniture moved.

Please turn off all lights.

Please secure and lock door once you check-out.

Early Check- Check in inquires with a day(s) in advance notice is $35 up-charge with a check in of 1:00 pm (not earlier) *Subject to approval by Host.

LATE CHECK OUT
Late check out fee is $35 per extra hr up to 3 hrs.

If the rules are not followed a service fee will be applied.

Please remember you break you pay.

PET FEES:
Pet Reservation Fee must be paid before check in time. Otherwise your reservation will be cancel and you will be upheld to the cancellation policy. Pets are not allowed on furniture especially the beds. All pet hair and droppings must be picked up.
- $75 charge - droppings not picked up.
- $250 charge - deep clean, If pet hair is found.
- $250 charge - If Pets dig holes or damage, scratch, chew, inside / outside furniture.

From the beginning the coordination with the host was excellent, timely communications, and clear instructions. The property was beautiful, very well taken care of, very clean, with beautiful finishes. We were there for a family get together so didn’t get to spend as much time at the property as I would have liked. Especially the pool. It was a great property to stay in , highly recommend it and hope to be back again later this year!

The house was nice and clean when we arrived. Check in was easy. The game room was entertaining. The pool was a little cold, the hot tub was a little dirty but according to the host it had been windy. Tons of rules but justified when you have inconsiderate house guest. Didn't find the pans until the last day, which was frustrating because the cabinet they are in is very hard to open. We enjoyed the house but wish we could feel at home a little more. Overall nice place, good location and good communication from the host.

Hi Aaron. Hope you had a wonderful and safe trip! I wish you contacted me sooner about the pool and jacuzzi. We actually dont have a jacuzzi, we dont advertise it at all in VRBO. With our home being in El Paso, the weather is so warm starting in Feb and going through Nov from 80-110 degrees that we dont have a pool heater. The group prior to your arrival were using the pool throughout the day and at evening. Sorry, you couldnt find the pots and pans, but thats what I am here for to shoot over any questions. I usually respond to guests questions throughout the day and night. Hope to see you down the road. You are more then welcome back anytime! 😊

Our stay here was wonderful from start to finish. The home was immaculately clean, well-stocked, and thoughtfully prepared to make guests feel comfortable. We had such a great time enjoying the pool and grilling in the backyard — it was the perfect way to relax during our trip. The location was ideal, and everything about the space was inviting and peaceful. Our host was gracious, responsive, and attentive. We also learned James is a realtor here in El Paso, and it’s clear the same care and professionalism carries into their work. We would gladly stay again and highly recommend this property!!!

We were happy we could bring our little chihuahua and they supplied a cute little bowl that I could use for water for him. I had forgotten one. We only cooked one meal, breakfast, and we found everything we needed. The host was so quick and responsive. We definitely will stay there again and recommend this place for others traveling with pets. We were here for a funeral so we were unable to use the pool.

Beautiful place

It was a pleasure to have stayed here, the home was beautiful, I skimmed the pool on arrival, and water was too cold to enjoy afternoon/evenings. But still wonderful property. Thank you for a great 1st time Vernon experience

Gem in El Paso

Beautiful home!! We had to change our travel plans last minute and were so lucky to find James’ place just 3 weeks before we left home, it was a great place to recover from time in Carlsbad and Big Bend and also served as a great place to run up to White Sands. The pool was a blast and the kids had a great time with the ping pong table and foosball. The beds were very comfortable and the multiple bathrooms all offered exceptional spa-level fixtures. Kitchen was great but could’ve used a couple more basic items (i.e. can opener). Appreciated the complimentary snacks/drinks and coffee. James was very easy to communicate with and prompt at responding. There are a LOT of house rules listed, all being expected or even common sense…just not sure we needed to be told not to put dirty dishes back in cabinets or make excessive messes. I realize not everyone is as thoughtful or considerate as we are so I understand why he feels the need to post those…just seemed a little silly.

Very Nice Home and Great Host

The home was very clean and spacious. There are many aspects of this house that I would like in my own home. Ceiling fans in the rooms, and blue tooth speakers in the bathrooms is great! Just like at home. The pool looked great. It was still a little cold outside to use. The ping-pong table was fun to play. The bathrooms, especially the large bathroom with the wet room, are nicely done. The only complaints I have 1) the towels were very fuzzy, they left blue fuzz balls everywhere. 2) the plastic mattress covers are VERY noisy. The bedrooms were spacious. The host, James, was very nice to work with. He checked in via text each day to make sure everything was going well. We had car trouble on our drive in from Fort Worth and ended up working on the car in the driveway. We never once felt unsafe and the neighborhood seemed like a nice place. The neighbor down the street has a garage band and we got to listen to them play while we were outside. They were pretty good too. The house was in close proximity to almost anything you need. If we come to El Paso again, we will definitely check to see that this place is available. Thank you for sharing your home James.
