Summary:
Perfect for families and group travel, this Boise North End retreat features a main home plus a private detached guest suite, giving everyone space and comfort. Located next to Sunset Park and minutes from BSU, Downtown Boise, Bogus Basin, and the Greenbelt, guests enjoy two living areas, covered patio dining, yard games, workspace, and garden access. Sleeps up to 14 with privacy ideal for multi-family stays.
The Space:
Main Home + Private Guest Suite
This property includes the main home plus a detached private guest suite located behind the shop — ideal for couples, grandparents, or guests wanting additional privacy while still enjoying shared gathering spaces.
The guest suite includes its own sleeping space and separation from the main house, making it perfect for multi-family stays and group retreats.
In the Sunset home you'll walk in to see a spacious formal living space in the front room with a comfortable couch, a swinging chair an electric fireplace and a custom exchange library, bring a book, take a book! Down the hall you'll see the bathroom and three of the bedrooms.
The first bedroom on the right is our "Tablerock" room a queen luxurious memory foam hybrid bed and a smart TV.
The "Greenbelt" room is located at the end of the hall on the right and is also equipped with a queen memory foam hybrid bed.
The Ensuite is at the end of the hall to the left. With a private bathroom and shower, the bathroom doubles as a steam room! A respite from a long day at work or play.
The hallway also includes the guest bathroom, coat closet with household supplies, and laundry is located in the hallway and guests are welcome to use it during their stay.
On the other side of the home you'll see the spacious living space and deceptively large kitchen with a custom coffee bar set up for guests. In the living room you have 2 dining areas, a large workspace and the 4th bedroom.
The 4th bedroom "Stanley" has a twin daybed with a trundle. Perfect for a "bunk" room for the kids! It is also separate from the other bedrooms.
You'll see two living areas, one with a book exchange! The other with a large comfortable couch that can sleep a small child plus 2 self-inflating air mattresses to set up in both the family and living room if needed. The living space extends to outdoors, you walk out to a covered patio with a large custom refinished dining table and luxurious patio seating. The outdoor space has everything you need, a bin for toys and yard games in the lawn. It also has a garden space with herbs, fruits, and vegetables! All available for you during your stay!
The exterior of the home is a ranch style home with a paved driveway that will fit up to two vehicles. There is limited street parking. The front entrance is tucked behind the landscaping with a sidewalk and steps leading up to the door.

Ride share services like Uber and Lyft are readily available, and biking is popular with quick access to nearby trails. Driveway parking plus limited street parking is available.
