I chose this neighborhood because it offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life without requiring a long journey. Just a quick 5-minute drive from Pétion-Ville, you find yourself in a peaceful residential area nestled along the road leading to the mountains. This area is often graced by a refreshing summer breeze, making it the perfect retreat.
What I love most is the tranquil atmosphere—ideal for an afternoon nap around 3:00 pm. As you drift off to sleep, you're lulled by the soft sounds of crickets, the gentle scent of a light rain, and the comforting glow of the moon in the night sky.
