• The outdoor deck space is shared amongst 4 other units on the 2nd floor.
• There is a shared outdoor shower,& laundry that is 1st come 1st serve. Other things to note • Must be 25+ yrs old to book.
• All staying or non staying guests must not exceed 2 persons (not including under 2 yrs old) during the entire stay due to fire and safety ordinances. This will be verified prior to guest entry, throughout stay & upon checkout. HOA Policy.
• Pet policy: Dogs only with restrictions. Must send a message disclosing dog breed and weight prior to booking the reservation. Must add dog(s) on reservation page prior to booking reservation. This is for your dog(s) to occupy the property and not used for additional cleaning and/or damages. All dogs must be house trained. Absolutely no other animals other than dogs including emotional support animals due to severe allergies no exceptions -Airbnb Policy (please find other accommodations). Dogs must never be left unattended or must be crated if left alone. Guests responsible for providing crates and puppy pads if leaving for an extended period of time. No dogs allowed on furniture or beds. Guests must vacuum up excessive shedding dog hair. Excessive barking is prohibited. This will be met with a friendly warning and must be rectified immediately or risk reservation cancellation. Dogs must be leashed at all times when on property for community safety. Dogs must be taken off premise for bathroom use with immediate pick up. HOA Policy.
• No smoking (cigarette, cigar, marijuana and/or vaping) of any kind inside the property. Detection monitors inside the unit. $300 smoke remediation deep clean charge for damages, immediate cancellation and guest removal from property. Smoking permitted outside in designated areas next to smoking outposts. HOA Policy.
• No events, no house parties, no after prom/senior week rentals, or bachelor/ bachelorette style parties. Any unauthorized event or party is grounds for immediate cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises. HOA Policy.
• Quiet hours 10PM to 8AM. Decibel detection monitors located inside the premise. Violation of noise ordinance will be met with a friendly warning. Failure to heed warning(s) may result in cancellation of reservation, authority involvement and/or physical removal of guest’s and their property from the premises. HOA Policy.
• Early checkins and late checkouts when available and reserved are not guaranteed and will be refunded if unable to accomodate. When available, $25 for 2pm early checkin and 12pm late check out. Extended late check out please ask. Note: Failure to check out on time may results in $50 late check out penalty plus for each twenty-four (24) hour period (or any portion thereof) that you overstay, an additional nightly fee of up to two (2) times the average nightly listing fee originally paid. • Beach sand must be removed by outside shower or outside hose prior to entry.
• All guests are encouraged to purchase travelers insurance. Review cancellation policy prior to booking.
• Please understand this is a multi-family vacation home, not a hotel. The HOA allows me to share my unit with you based on the specific rules listed above. Please respect all neighbors private areas to ensure communities use & enjoyment.

The entire place was very clean, smelled like cleaning supplies when we walked in. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this place to whoever needs a getaway! Super close to the beach and Wawa along with other shops. Was sad to leave this morning but will definitely be back.

Very nice week in Brigantine
We had a great time at Brigantine this past week. The apartment was very clean, comfortable and close to the beach as well as to a number of restaurants and stores. Andrew was very helpful. We would definitely stay there again!

Got there and the door code wasn’t immediately working. Michael was responsive and helped us get in. Provides 2 beach passes, which is a nice touch. Block away from the beach. Beautiful deck. Comfy spot!

The place was clean. A reclining sofa in the living room. Snacks for your stay. Main street with shops and Wawa within walking distance. We used the 10th street entrance to the beach. Close by and this end of town does not have a long entrance or distance to get to the water as you would see in the 30s and 40s streets.
