The Good: Location was decent & police were located across the street.The Bad: The listing states that the dwelling sleeps 8 but what is not disclosed in the listing is that after 6 occupants they charge 10 a person per night extra. Not enough towels, wash clothes, dishes and glasses. Fridge water tastes funny. Shower curtain placement made water run onto the floor. Tub had a blue and yellow patch in the bottom with small dead bugs. Floors so dirty we had to wear shoes indoors or it turned our socks black. Pictures of the dwelling do not represent the current condition. Back and front area are full of overgrowth, mostly weeds, and junk. Front door was kicked and tacked back in place. The workmanship of the remodel was not quality and lighting was not adequate. (see pics). Top dryer does not work. Small dryer put in the next to washer but was in the way. HVAC too hot or cold. The Worst: We were told that there was plenty of street parking and there would be no issues. There is PERMIT PARKING. They lied about parking (see pics). Rear parking is super narrow. If you have a large vehicle its almost impossible to park. Condition of the area is trashy (see pics). Basement area has a separate living space but not listed nor disclosed to us before renting. Someone is living in this. Had we known we would not have rented this dwelling. We found a mouse in the lower floor bedroom. Dwelling owner said a pest control company would come over but NEVER did (see pics). DON’T USE!

House was very clean and had lots of room for everyone. Owner was very responsive. Having the parking space out back is an added plus but is difficult to get into with a bigger vehicle.
