Bring the whole family to this great property with lots of room for fun. This beautiful professionally decorated home is in the highly acclaimed Pointe Marie community. This home is perfect for your Baton Rouge getaway with just a short drive to downtown, LSU and L’Auberge Casino. This new construction home is beautifully designed with high end furnishings, a large private outdoor patio with built in grill and mini fridge for the perfect family gathering. A community pool is across the street. The pool is open everyday except Monday. A playground for the kids is across the street as well.

Beautiful safe place

We had a wonderful time only if it was for one night. Had a graduation to attend. Very close to LSU. Didn’t have to worry about traffic but close enough to go grab a bite to eat. We would love to go back in the summer and stay a little longer. If you have kids it’s right next to a playground and pool. Very safe area. It had everything you would need for your stay and the kitchen is perfect. I would highly recommend this place. I’m a clean freak and I highly approve this one

Amazing Property

This home was absolutely amazing! It was perfect for our family and had everything we needed and more. The location was ideal, with a playground nearby for the children and a casino within easy reach for the adults. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything necessary to prepare a family meal, making it feel like a true home away from home. Evenings spent on the front porch in the rocking chairs were incredibly relaxing. This property exceeded all expectations, and we will definitely make it our go-to stay whenever we're in Baton Rouge. Thank you for providing such a wonderful home!

LSU Football Game and Family Trip

The location to campus and the casino was awesome. It is a great neighborhood. I like that the property is next to the pool and playground. It was a great set up for grilling and sitting outside. The owner was prompt to help with any questions or challenges we ran into. I would defiantly recommend this to you to say. (FYI the wife loved walking to the little coffee shop in the neighborhood each morning)

This Place is Perfection! Exceptional!

This place was absolutely perfect for us while in Louisiana. It is a beautiful, quiet community with great amenities. We loved the property. It's beautifully decorated, clean and spacious. The kitchen is top notch, beds are very comfortable, and it's well equipped with everything you'll need. Michelle was amazing to work with. We had to book last minute as our plans changed and we were scrambling to find a place to stay. She was very welcoming, accommodating and went above and beyond for us while we were there. Our family enjoyed this property so much, we will miss it. The community pool was a hit with our kids! This will be our go to place to stay while in Baton Rouge. Thank you, Michelle! We can't thank you enough for your accommodations. We will be forever grateful.

I am born and raised in Baton Rouge. I love this city and I am a die hard LSU fan. I love to travel to beautiful places, so I decided to become a host so that I could offer a beautiful home to share with other people who are traveling.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

I chose Pointe Marie because we go to 30A several times a year and it has the same community feel as 30A. The pool at Pointe Marie feels like you are a resort. There are so many great things near by like LSU, Southern, Baton Rouge General Hospital, Our Lady of the Lake Hospital, Ochners, The Mall of Louisiana and L’auberge Casino. The great restaurants are all with in a several mile drive.

My home is professionally decorated with beautiful high end furnishings and custom draperies throughout. My home has very comfortable beds and a private outdoor kitchen complete with outdoor furnishings, sink, grill and fridge. This home is perfect for families or a quite couples getaway.
