The property had everything we needed and more! Plenty of space for our large family to spread out and ample parking. The house was very beautiful and well maintained. The kiddos enjoyed the books and games. The host was very responsive and helpful when we reached out to book an extra night so we could enjoy more time at Holiday World.

We had the most perfect stay! My college friends and I got together for the weekend to celebrate one of our best friends at her wedding near by. It was close to the venue and fit all of us:)

Our family of 9 adults came down for a wedding. We had a wonderful stay, place was clean and beautiful. We felt comfortable with the home and would definitely stay again, if ever in the area again.

Vintage Farm House

The house was perfect for our short viosit to see family. Very comfortable, clean and well equiped. We will stay here again when we come into town.

Excellent stay!

This house is gorgeous! We weren’t there often because we were busy with family events but when we were there it was peaceful and comfortable. The hosts were gracious, kind, and accommodating. We would absolutely stay here again. Thank you!

Beautiful plantation home.

We needed a place to stay while in town for work. This worked out great for me and my crew. The house is really big and spacious allowing us to each have our own room. Will stay again.

Home for the Holidays

My husband and I stayed at the farmhouse twice a week a part. The house was very clean, spacious, the hosts were very welcoming and were quick to respond to any questions. The hosts were also very accommodating allowing our pups to stay with us. We can’t wait to come back!

Nice old farm house. Enjoyed the time there. The main bathroom is upstairs between 2 bedrooms which was kinda unhandy but otherwise ok.

Being with Family

Home....from Tennessee to Northern Indiana family came together in this beautiful home to comfort, cry, laugh, talk, and just be together in a time of tragedy that our family was facing. Brianna made the accommodations so heartfelt, warm, kind,and sympathetic for our nedds. The home is beautiful and thats why we say its like coming home, because you feel safe, relaxed, and comfortable.

Lovely getaway

The house is really beautiful. Very spacious and nice furnishing. Setting looking out on farm field is gorgeous. We loved watching the fireflies. Convenient access to shopping/dining in Princeton. Take time to visit Evansville. Great zoo and historic Bosse Field to watch the Otters play baseball. Stop in Haubstadt to dine at the 200 year old Log Inn.Think it would be hard to have 12 guests as only shower is upstairs and between to bedrooms. 1/2 bath down is tiny. Very warm upstairs in summer. All in all a good time but we actually bought more fans.

Can’t Wait To Come Back!!!

Where do I start?!!! The beds are so comfortable, oh my goodness! The pictures do not do this property justice as the home has so much space to accommodate large and small families. My husband and I were in town visiting family with our pups. The dogs had room to play, and relax and we had room to store their crates and never felt cramped. Brianna answered all of my communications right away, was easy to talk to, professional, and was so accommodating exceeding all of our expectations and requests. Brianna even allowed me an early check-in so I could get the dogs settled in before it was dark in a new place. Katelyn the other owner was equally as pleasant and professional and really made us feel at ease. We cannot wait to come back in a couple weeks!

The farmhouse made it easy for our family to gather around the big dining room table. We were there for a wedding. Two of our children and family stayed with us. The half bath was very small and would be difficult for a handicap person. There needed to be curtains at the 2 front doors. We would have liked top sheets on all the beds. The location to our wedding venue was perfect. No ice maker so ice cube trays would have been nice until we could get a bag of ice. A table would have been nice in downstairs bedroom. The closet was full of stuff so had to hang wedding clothes on hooks by back door. Other than some small upgrades needed the farmhouse was beautiful and met our needs.

Positives (far outweigh the negatives):Perfect location for the wedding we were in town for. Spacious yard for the kids to run around in. Beautiful hardwood floors, comfortable sleeping arrangements. Plenty of fans/AC to fight the heat. Easy check in and reasonable cleaning requirements. Overall a fantastic stay!Neutral: Constantly hearing trains going in the distance. This was a neutral since it wasn't too close by and my kid loves trains but I could see it being a little bothersome to someone who is sensitive to noise.Negatives: the bathroom in the kitchen is a little awkward (and without a solid door you could hear everything), but we mostly just avoided using it. The main bathroom is nice and was apparently just remodeled, but a little awkward needing to go thru it to get to one of the bedrooms, and the shower itself feels small, but not much else could be done given the layout and space so overall not a huge detriment.Overall I'd say 9.5/10 just because of the slightly awkward bathrooms situation when the house is full.
