Nestled just 400 feet from the enchanting shores of Twin Rocks Beach, this home is your gateway to an unforgettable coastal escape. Forget packing the car – we've got everything you need for adventures! Or forget the car entirely as you embark on adventure right from your front door.

Imagine strolling on over to the beautiful Twin Rocks Beach just steps the house (2-4 minutes walking). You spend the afternoon on the beach in one of our beach chairs or lounging on our beach towels while the kids (and kids at heart) play with our bucket brigade of sand toys. You walk home with beach wagon in tow to fire up the gas BBQ and grill up a feast. Then you cozy up by the fireplace with your friends and family, sharing stories and laughter over a board game bonanza. You finish the night hanging out in our game room playing billiards or lounging on oversized bean bags. We know wrangling little ones can be a feat, so we've got you covered. A pack-n-play and high chair are ready to go, making travel a breeze. We also have sand toys and children's books to help keep them busy! The property can house up to 8 adults plus 3 children (ages 12 and under, including infants). 

There are 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen bed and is on the main floor. Bedroom 2 also has a queen bed. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed along with twin bunk beds. The upper bunk has a weight limit of 200 lb and should not be used by children under 6. Other bedding: there is also a pull-out sofa bed and 3 air mattress.

Our home has an upstairs. Baby gates are provided to help keep our littlest guests safe.

There is a scenic train that runs through Rockaway Beach, OR. The train is used for tourism only and not commerce. Don't worry. It does not run through the night, and it is not as loud as a typical train, but we do want you to be aware as the train can be heard periodically during the day. In our experience, little ones love watching for it whenever we're in downtown Rockaway. It's a popular attraction for the surrounding area.
