Nestled in Tennessee's lush Cumberland Plateau region, the resort offers 12,700 acres of rolling hills to explore. Families will enjoy the resort's nine walking trails, miniature golf, beaches, boat rentals, golf courses, tennis courts, and more.

The Space:
After you enjoy the many walking trails, beaches, golf courses and more, come back to relax in your deluxe 2 bedroom/2 bath condo that is 935-1650 sq ft! The spacious master bedroom has a king bed, and attached en suite with jetted tub. The second bedroom has two double beds (varies). The open living room has a sofa sleeper, fire place (most) and balcony/patio where you can enjoy the sights with your guests. Outside access to a barbecue grill (most). This condo can accommodate up to 6 guests!  A full kitchen and a dining room, allows you the option to prepare your own meals and enjoy the convenience of dining in. It also includes a washer and dryer in-unit, an in room safe, DVD player, and ceiling fan. With all the necessary amenities, and so much to fun to have in the sun on the beach, you're sure to make memories to last a lifetime! This unit may have stairs.

This resort has a mandatory non-smoking policy inside all of its suites and buildings. Smoking is permitted on the decks.

The Neighborhood:
The surrounding area also provides plenty to do, like hiking Cumberland Mountain State Park and Ozone Falls, exploring exhibits at the Military Memorial Museum and Homesteads Tower, or sampling wine at Stonehaus and Chestnut Hill wineries.

Service animals that are trained to work or perform tasks for the benefit of an individual with a disability are welcome at all Club Wyndham Managed locations and Not Managed locations. All other animals, trained or untrained, whose sole function is to provide emotional support, therapy, comfort, or companionship do not qualify as service animals and are not permitted at Club Wyndham Managed or Not Managed locations.
This is a time-share resort. You will be a guest of the owner. You might be offered a gift for listening to the Wyndham timeshare presentation. This is NOT obligatory.
Photos and descriptions are accurate but might not match your exact room. Similar to a hotel, condos are assigned at check-in. Upon arrival, you may request a specific building, floor, or view, and the resort staff will do their best to accommodate based on availability
You may request as many keys as there are people staying in the condo. Keys are key cards and bracelets.
If you need to change the name on the reservation for any reason, or modify the date range, or cancel after 24 hours, the resort charges a $99 modification fee.
