ALL Villas are assigned and managed by Marriott based on your unit's category. Your arrival time/date does matter, which is why we suggest arriving on either Friday, Saturday, or Sunday. Check-in time is 4 PM, but guests arriving earlier can enjoy the resort amenities while their villa is being serviced.

𝐓𝐡𝐫𝐞𝐞 𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐬: Garden View, Ocean View, and Oceanfront.

𝐃𝐞𝐟𝐚𝐮𝐥𝐭 𝐑𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬: Reservations are defaulted to the Garden/Courtyard View category unless a specific view is requested and paid for in advance with owner.

𝐕𝐢𝐞𝐰 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐈𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: View types at Marriott's SurfWatch do not refer to the unit’s actual view but rather the proximity to the ocean. Courtyard and Garden views will not offer any visible ocean, while Ocean Vista views may or may not have a view of the ocean.

Units with the view category "Close to Beach" are located in the Oceanfront/Ocean Dunes building.

Ocean Dunes building: Higher-level units will have a view of the ocean, while lower-level units may have an obstructed view.

Ocean Marsh and Tide Mark buildings are considered Oceanside Buildings with a “Courtyard View”.

Sea Cove and Sea Dunes buildings will have a Garden View.

Units in the back of the Ocean Marsh building will also have a Garden View.
