Este condominio ofrece todas las comodidades para una relajante visita a las Montañas Humeantes. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama king size y el dormitorio de invitados tiene dos camas queen. La sala de estar tiene un sofá cama doble. El baño principal como un paso en la ducha y una gran bañera de hidromasaje. El baño de visitas tiene una combinación de ducha / bañera. Nuestra cocina totalmente equipada ofrece electrodomésticos de tamaño completo incluyendo un lavavajillas y microondas. While it would have been nice to be in the center of town, it was also nice to be convenient to the national park. The rate for 8 people was more affordable than 2 motel rooms would have been and although we didn't use it, there was a full kitchen available for preparing meals. The balcony was directly over the stream and it was convenient to a walking trail to the visitors center.

Gatlinburg getaway

Stayed for a week in Gatlinburg. Property was conveniently located at end of the parkeay near entrance to national park, so we were able to walk everywhere in town and get to park while avoiding traffic. Property was slightly dated, but clean and had great view of river. Elevator was broken when we arrived, but manager let us know and offered to move us to lower floor. It was repaired by 2nd day of our stay. Coffee filters, dishwasher soap (for 2 runs), and small hotel style bars of soap were provided, but we had to make a run to the nearby Walgreens for coffee, creamer, shampoo and laundry soap. Water in unit had a slight "taste", so we bought bottled water as well. Size of the unit was great for our family anf the location was great. Would highly recommended and we will stay again.

Staff was friendly and even completed a repair the same day.The unit was nicely decorated and the king bed in the master was one the best beds I've ever slept in. Cleanliness of the unit was top notch. It's the first thing I always check! The only negative was that the hot tub was broken when we got there and was never operational while we were there. Thanks so much for a wonderful stay and we will be back.

Great location and spacious

My family and I had a wonderful stay at the condo. We enjoyed it as it was right at the end of the strip and right next door to a bunch of hiking and sight seeing places. Having 3 kids with us made it a great location since we went and did some sight seeing and hiking without even having to drive anywhere as well as walking Gatlinburg strip with lots of restaurants, moonshine tasting, souvenir stores and many more attractions. The location of the condo by the little river that past thru made it for a very relaxing atmosphere. The condo was very spacious and clean. It was as if we were at home away from home. After hours check in was a breeze and also Jeff replied to some questions I had the week before our trip very promptly. My family and I are already planning to stay again here sometime in the near future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Almost perfect. This property is incredibly clean and well maintained. The furnishings are super outdated. We got one of the most updated units and some of it still felt like it was 40+ years old. That being said, everything was comfortable, clean, and in good condition. The location is perfect because it's quiet and set against the river, but walkable to everything downtown. The elevator wasn't working properly so that was a drag at checkout with two small kids, but even more of a drag for the man in a wheelchair one floor below us. Overall, I think it could do with updating but we would honestly stay there again on our next trip given the price and cleanliness.
