Hosted and slept 8 people comfortably. Clean house and great setup for meals outside. It’s close to grocery stores and restaurants. The fire pit and dock were great for evenings outside. Great golf courses less than 20 minutes away.

It was roomy and comfortable. The property was well maintained. We enjoyed the fire pit, porches and the views.

Great Getaway

Lovely family vacation spot. Very private location, felt away from it all but close enough to anything we needed. Spent the week with our adult children and found the house to be perfect, plenty of room for all.

Fabulous Location!

Incredible property! Beautiful pond views from the house, quiet street, room for everyone. Peaceful and comfortable layout with plenty of parking, basketball court is a perk and a perfect yard for lawn games. Very close to shops and restaurants. Fantastic stay!

Wonderful Week

The property is wonderful! The lake is beautiful and we had a great time being able to paddleboard on such a great spot. It is quiet and away from people so it allows for a great time to just get away. The house is very spacious. Plenty of room for everyone. Great place to stay!

Plymouth “Pond” Stay

We enjoyed fishing off the private dock before logging on to work every day-the grounds are magnificent to walk around, and the views from every room are spectacular. We had minor connectivity issues during a few meetings, but overall the house was a great place to be working remotely. We would absolutely stay here again.

Great Place

The house was exactly as it was advertised. Very clean and spacious. We were in Plymouth for a wedding and had family from out of town staying at the house with us. Having 3 bathrooms made it very easy for all of us to get ready at the same time. We truly enjoyed our stay there.

Beautiful

We loved it here it’s a Stunning property just driving up to the house we were just in awe! The house is huge and perfectly decorated with so much storage for things. I wish the beds were softer though. The beds were minor compared to this beautiful place though. The pond and everything was gorgeous! Wish we could’ve stayed longer.

Unfortunately, the property did not meet the expectations set by the listing or the price point.Upon arriving, the entire home had a very strong mold or mildew odor and in areas of the home odor remained throughout our stay.One of our biggest concerns was the air conditioning. It was never disclosed that the primary cooling system consisted of multiple window and portable air conditioning units that were noisy and ineffective.The listing photos also appear to reflect the property when it was in much better condition than it is today. During our stay we encountered numerous maintenance issues.The location description was also misleading. The listing stated that the beach was approximately a 12-minute walk away. In reality, the walk was over 20 minutes and more than a mile.It was not identified as a private neighborhood beach. Although we were told we were permitted to use it, we were repeatedly questioned by others while there about whether we belonged. Because of the distance ,parking situation,and steep long stairway down to the beach the two elderly members of our group were unable to enjoy the beach at all.Overall, we understand that maintenance issues occasionally arise in any home. While we appreciate Mike’s efforts to address some concerns after we reported them, many of these issues should have been resolved before guests arrived and we have had no response after our stay about these concerns. We will scrutinize properties in VBRO more carefully in the future.

Beautiful location

The setting of the house, away from the roads and with a fabulous view down to the lake, makes this a special place. Loads of space to relax and soak up the nature around you. Indoors has plenty of space with a big lounge and separate kitchen, dining areas with its own lounge space. Master bedroom is lovely, though the other bedrooms are more practical. Overall, a lovely place to spend time with the family, with shops and restaurants and beaches five minutes down the road.

Fantastic house and beautiful piece of land

My wife and I stayed here with some of my family, including my sister who was the bride to be in a wedding in the area. The space was exactly what we needed and her fiancé and her stayed in the beautiful primary bedroom upstairs the two nights before their wedding and loved it as well. Ethan the owner was communicating back and forth with me the entire process about different questions we had and couldn't have been more accommodating. 5 stars for sure, would stay again.

Wedding weekend

This house was perfect for our family as we prepared to celebrate our sons wedding. CLEAN!! Plenty of room for all my family to stay together. Easy parking for friends to visit. The kitchen had everything I needed. The grounds were perfect for pictures with views of the water! Would definitely recommend!!

Beautiful house! Girls weekend!

This house was perfect for our girls Weeknd!! Landscaping was beautiful, and loved the master! We had a great time. Some cob webs that could have been taken care of but overall wonderful! Could use more towels and some hooks on the doors to hang your towel when down. Just a suggestion.

Beautiful location!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautiful home! We were in the area visiting family and the home was so spacious to welcome our family for a luncheon! Lots of space, comfortable furniture, comfortable beds. All the amenities you could need. We did have a rainy weekend but that didn’t spoil our time as it felt more cozy with the weather and beauty of this home. Our check in process was very easy. We loved our time here, it just went by too fast! With much gratitude!

Detached from world.

We so much enjoyed the place! There was plenty of room and I never seen my son relax so much ! He was up early everyday to fish and out late at night fishing . He only caught 1 finish in 3 days but he was so at peace. We hope to go back next year.

Great for Family Get-togethers

This was a wonderful spot to enjoy a family get-together. The house is so accommodating with two living areas, 3 bedrooms and a bunk room. The open kitchen family room was so nice. The privacy is wonderful - no problem walking our dog in our pjs. And allowing our pet made this trip perfect. The pond is beautiful and the grounds were so peaceful. Next time, we rent kayaks! An easy walk to a beautiful beach. Close to grocery and restaurants. And exploring not only Plymouth, but Cape Cod as well. Plenty of room for a large family to spread out and have a nice holiday!

Always Perfect

I love this house and property. This was mine and my husbands third time staying here and my immediate family's 1st time joing us. They were instantly smitten by the property and everything it has to offer. We were able to get together to celebrate my mom turning 70. She was so happy her dog could join her on this getaway and absolutely loved the view around the house. As long as this property continues to be available I will continue to rent it. Highly Recommend!
