Capacidad para 2 personas en una cómoda cama nido, cocina completamente equipada (cafetera, microondas, ollas, vajilla, vasos, utensilios de acero inoxidable). Baño con cabezal de ducha tipo lluvia Kohler en el techo y baldosas de pizarra en todo el edificio, terraza privada pequeña y terraza común más grande en el agua, lavadora y secadora Bosch, se admiten perros y gatos. Pasos para The Boatslip y Monkey Bar. Justo entre el centro y el West End. Aunque la unidad no viene con estacionamiento, los huéspedes pueden comprar estacionamiento en un lote cercano (a 3 minutos) por 10 / día. Cuando reserve la unidad, avíseme que desea el espacio de estacionamiento. Puede sacar el automóvil y devolverlo sin costo adicional.

Cannot beat the location! Waterfront and an easy walk to everything! We stopped at the monkey bar every night for a nightcap (or 2)Parking was offsite, but very easily accessible.

The fact that the place welcomes dogs and has designated parking (a few short blocks away) were critical factors for me. Being steps from the bay beach made it quite convenient for taking my dog for walks.

Quiet and cozy, this little beach condo offers access to everything Provincetown has to offer. We enjoyed quiet afternoons on the beach, cocktails on the bay-front public deck, friendly neighbors, and quick walks to town for delicious meals and entertainment. Our host was exceptionally kind and responsive. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Perfect Hideaway

Tucked away behind Commercial street backing into the bay, this cozy condo has everything one needs for a relaxing break. Convenient to everything in town, yet a quiet refuge. I enjoyed my stay immensely.

What a cosy nest for my stay in P-Town! Small studio just right for one person. Comfy bed, and a pleasant easy chair. With my arthritis, it was a 20 minute walk to town center, but there were taxis had I actually needed one. I was there 4 nights and would certainly recommend this place!!

Perfect Stay in the Heart of Provincetown!

We had a fantastic stay at this cozy and clean place right in the heart of Provincetown. The location couldn’t have been better—just a few steps from the beach and within easy walking distance to restaurants, shops, and everything P-town has to offer. The space was comfortable, well-maintained, and had everything we needed. The host was incredibly nice and responsive, which made the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We’d absolutely stay here again!

Great Place in an Amazing Location!

This place was perfect for a long weekend away for me and my partner. The location is fantastic, the shared deck and beach access was amazing to have, and it’s walkable to everything commercial street has to offer! Lorenzo was very quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay again on our next visit to Ptown!

Absolutely Perfect!

We had the most wonderful beach vacation staying at Lorenzo's studio apartment. It was a perfect getaway complete with perfect location! The shared deck was lovely, the neighbors were great and the private beach was incredible. Being able to bring our puppy with us made it even more special! Thank you and we will be back!

Perfect sweet get away.

Loved staying here! Lorenzo was an excellent host. The unit has everything you need, steps from the beach, with a large communal deck. Quiet, private and welcoming neighbors. My pup and I had a great time swimming in the bay, frolicking on the beach and meeting new friends. Will absolutely come back next summer. Great location, with an excellent sandwich shop at the end of the driveway.

Great studio, steps from the bay in an ideal west end location

A great studio, steps from the bay in an ideal west end location; with a galley kitchen and a newly updated bath, I couldn't have been happier. The bed is on the small side and best suited for one person. The common deck offers opportunities to catch magnificent sunrise and sunset views and I hope Lorenzo will accommodate me again in the near future. Thank you Lorenzo!!

Taking a Breathe

Needed to decompress for a couple of days and PTown is my go to. Stayed in a very cozy condo unit made for 1 or 2 people. The location was great - right on Commercial Street with a short walk to all my favorites. I really the roughly 15 min walk to Pilgrim First park to walk the Jetty to either Wood End or Long Point Light houses - just be aware of the tide times. Lorenzo was easy to communicate with and he was very responsive to many of my questions. I would stay there again. Thank you, Lorenzo!!!

Short stay in PTown

The unit is better looking than the pics. Cant beat the location and availability to the water and beach. Unit is spotless and has everything you need. My only quirk about this unit is that it has a see through glass front door. The front door is off to the side of the main walkway, but you still wonder about a few peeping Toms having a look. A curtain or shade would solve it.

I had great directions for the best way to unpack and park, and walking in was just a breath of fresh air- quite literally opening windows to ocean breeze! The place is small (think hotel room combination) and still fantastically set up for a couple. Everything was just perfect and was more than i expected. The location is amazing, and i love that we were close to the main area but had a quiet secret getaway deck and beach in the back. Amenities were great for a vacation spot where most others dont care because its location that makes it. Literally the only negative I have is the mattress when you pull out the bed to be a king is thin- you can feel all the slats. I honestly would stay here again though (we're trying to plan for October already) and just bring those egg crate type padding. The place was relaxing and very worth it. I didnt take pictures of the inside, but adding a picture from the deck view!

it's a great location! The shared deck one has access to overlooks the beautiful harbor. The washer and dryer was great and laundry detergent was available. We had air conditioning. The kitchen was useful. The coffee pot used for brewed coffee leaked. It was quiet. It is a cute place.The host delayed his responses to our questions by 24 - 36 hours. We tried to get Wi-Fi access using the posted instructions but they were inaccurate. We did not get a response from the host for 2 days. Contacting the VRBO resulted in them calling the host and also getting no response. The host finally responded with correct instructions the next day. The bed, was really problematic. This should not be booked as a bed suitable for two. As a king bed, an IKEA trundle bed is a real issue. The slats were a bit uneven when we pulled it out. We felt these slats through the thin mattress. We tried sleeping in different directions, and turning the mattresses. We tried using the extra pillows as cushions. Bottom line for both of us is that we did not sleep well while we were there, and we both have soreness and even bruising that was severe enough that we couldn’t do another night. We left a day earlier than planned. We requested a refund for the last night and heard nothing. When we stripped the beds, we found the pillows were stained. We suggest new pillows and pillow covers.

Sweet and simple

The place was perfect for me and a small dog. Nothing fancy, just clean, comfortable*, well stocked, and the location is great! * A tip: I didn’t pull out the trundle so the bed was a little soft with two mattresses, but I just flipped the second mattress back between the bed and the wall and all was well.

Exceeded expectations.

The space is small but efficiently organized and well equipped. Based on other reviews, we brought foam mattress pads to use with the trundle bed when opened to king size - but we never used them. We found the mattresses comfortable enough. The location is the best part of this unit. Close to everything in the west end of town and a few steps to a private beach side deck. We will be back again.

Next to the beach

This place is on the smaller side, but has everything we need for the two of us and our 2 dogs (both under 25 lbs). The location can’t be beat…it’s close to everything on Commercial St., but is tucked away…and about 10 steps to the beach. We love it there!
