Bedroom 2: Offering 2 twin XL beds with luxury linens, hypoallergenic mattress cover, pillows and pillow covers, and a huge full-sized closet. Room and guest bathroom can be closed off to the rest of the condo via a sliding pocket door, allowing maximum privacy for guests.

Den / Office: offers a desk / chair as well as a small sleeper sofa.

Guest Bath: Sparkling clean full-sized tub with shower, and oversized curved cotton shower curtain. Granite countertop and ceramic flooring. Stocked with soft, luxurious white towels, lighted, magnified make-up mirror, and hair dryer.

Family Room:

Beautifully decorated room with oversized comfortable sofa that seats up to 7, side table and cocktail table. Entertainment center with 55" flat screen smart TV with streaming access. Oversized 3 panel sliding glass door opens to the lanai and fresh air and provides scenic views of the golf course. This is a truly a great spot to unwind or entertain!

Lanai and Front Porch Sitting Area:

A cozy yet spacious lanai overlooks hole #3, offering great ambiance, and a cocktail table. Relax and enjoy the fresh air! awesome sunsets West exposure.

The front porch with chair and a table allows for an alternate place to enjoy a quiet moment outside.

Kitchen:

Fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops. Keurig coffee maker / tea kettle, complete healthy ceramic nontoxic nonstick set of cookware, dishwasher / microwave / oven safe dinnerware. Four counter stools allow for extra seating.

Enjoy dining on the bar or table for up to 4 in the bright and airy breakfast nook, surrounded by windows that allow for maximum sunshine from the East -facing windows. A fantastic way to start your day!

Note: In order to warmly welcome you to the community, agreements have been designed to protect our guests and property owners and will ensure an ideal private and community life. Esplanade Lakewood Ranch requires a one-time $250 non-refundable fee to cover your application and transfer of amenities at LWR. You will receive Summary of Rules and Regulations for Esplanade Golf & Country Club Renters and Guests to read and sign.
