Could be a great place with a few minor tweaks.Five of us spent a weekend there, the bedrooms were good, comfortable with ample storage. Well equipped kitchen, nice dining table where we hosted a family dinner. Street parking was zero issue even with 2 cars.Just a couple minor maintenance and furnishing issues kept this from a 5 star,

Our stay was wonderful, and fit our needs exactly. There was also such attention to detail through and all spaces were clean and ready for guests. Checkin and checkout were easy and parking was also accessible in front of the house.
10 minute walk to the Grandview overlook.
A quick Uber ride to Market Square downtown.
Grandview Bakery & Sweet Shop for breakfast treats 5 minute walk away.

My family and I stayed here for a long weekend and the place has so many extra amenities (floss picks, cotton swabs, coffee, snacks, toothbrushes). It was an amazing stay and would definitely recommend to anyone that wants to be close to the city!

Our host, Garrett, communicated well with us. He gave us simple instructions for checking in and out. The house smelled fresh as we entered, and the whole house was clean. The kitchen was well equipped, and the treat basket was gracious. Washrooms were clean, toiletries were provided, and the complimentary toothbrushes with toothpaste were a nice touch. The bedrooms were well lit, and comfortable. The back deck was cosy. We attended two local sporting events by car and this location was ideal.

Great Experience

This was our first visit to Pittsburgh and we could have not asked for a better experience. The house was accurately depicted on Vrbo. Clean. Very comfortable for our group. Kitchen was great for cooking. Great views of the skyline from our decks. The town was nice - short walk to shops and restaurants. A little further walk to great views of the skyline. The host openly communicated and very responsive to questions. Would definitely recommend!

Spacious & comfortable property

We were a family group of 5 ranging in age from 33 to 92 and everyone enjoyed gathering in this pretty property.All beds were comfortable. Lots of hot water for showers. Pretty outdoor sitting areas. The neighborhood was quiet & seemed safe. Several restaurants were within walking distance. Getting to the city & to the airport were each about 20 minute drives. The only flaw for our group is there is no bathroom on the main floor where the kitchen, dining & living areas are. This was not an issue for anyone except the 92 year old who has some difficulty going up & down stairs but she managed ok. The property owner is very responsive to messages.

Great location/nicely appointed home

We loved that we could walk to restaurants/shops/grocery store and we weren't far from the magnificent view of the Pittsburgh skyline. The house itself has been nicely updated with all the modern conveniences. The beds were very comfortable and street parking was easy. Great place to stay!

Modern and Comfortable

Our stay was amazing. Even with the extreme heat we experienced our host checked in to make sure we were comfortable the entire time. The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. Within walking distance to great food and a good time.
