The home includes 8 amenity badges, allowing up to 8 guests to use the community amenities at the same time. Please plan accordingly if your group is larger.

No outdoor amenities are available during the winter season.

Important Community Rules and Regulations:
In order to register you with the community, all guests are required to fill out a digital Pre-arrival Form that we will send you once you book. Within this form, you must provide: your full name, contact information, form of ID, and the names and ages of all guests at least 3 business days before check-in.

The maximum number of guests is 12 INCLUDING infants, toddlers, and visitors.

Any changes to your reservation must be submitted at least 24 hours before check-in, and a $15 change fee will apply.
Vehicle Registration: Renters are required to provide their vehicle's plate number and a valid driver's license upon entry into the community.

Indoor Areas:
This 3,000 sq. ft. winter retreat is designed for cozy gatherings and snowy escapes. With 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, a fun-filled game room, two warm and inviting living rooms, and a heated spa room with an indoor hot tub, there’s plenty of space for everyone to unwind. After a day in the cold, curl up by the fireplaces, relax in the bubbling hot tub, or host game nights downstairs. Comfortably sleeps 10, with space for up to 12 using two full-size futon sofas.

Spa Room:
Relax in the spacious spa room with a 4-6 person hot tub, retro refrigerator, and body dryer, while enjoying nature views.

Outdoor Areas:
Step outside and enjoy peaceful wooded winter views from the spacious deck. On chilly evenings, gather around one of the two firepits under solar string lights, wrapped in blankets with cocoa, and take in the clear winter sky. The large hammock and outdoor dining seating offer quiet spots to relax, weather permitting. Some outdoor amenities, such as ping pong, hammock, dining table, and basketball hoop, remain available depending on snow and temperatures.

Pets:
There is a $150 flat fee for dogs, a maximum of 2 dogs. No other pets are allowed. Must provide age and breeds as you book, must be fully house-trained, and we do not allow puppies. It must not be left unattended inside. All outdoor droppings picked up. All dogs must be registered with the community, please send breed, age, name, color, and gender upon booking. Copies of vaccinations (rabies and distemper) must be provided for each animal or they will not be permitted.
